Well I have a empty room 11x11 so I decided to get something to put in it.

4 new 1000watt switchable
4 new Magnum XXXL Ocho hoods
4 new MH bulbs
4 new HPS bulbs
new 8" vortex fan and new filter.

I also have a huge list of other stuff to get tomorrow.

This is a legal grow and I will keep you all posted as we go along.

For cooling what ever it takes

I spent so much time collecting stuff at the shop we had a huge line forming. I have never bought so much new stuff at one time ever! Loved every min of it. I have lots more cool stuff to show just need some time to get a pic. the damn room is full of stuff now!

Looking good buddy! I'm thinking you may need to upgrade that filter...bigger is usually better and depending on what strain your growing you may need much more scrubbing action.
Hey man, any way you could take some photos of your hoods? I've been using eight sunlight supply cool sun 6" reflectors for years and I'm thinking of upgrading to newer "hinged glass" hoods. Do your hoods look like they will seal well or will they still require some taping?

OK, I spent most of the day figuring out the ducting, All good to go now and will install that tomorrow along with the scrubber and fan. Here is a couple pics of the progress today, Got the lights all centered and hung and mapped out a bunch of other stuff. Please stay tuned as I will be working every day until it is ready.

OK Again I am very tired. And getting a cold for the first time in years. Anyway I got most of the ducting done and will finish tomorrow. The pic of the grate is my incoming fresh air. It comes through the closet with 2 8" ducts from a dead attic off this side of the house. Nice clean cold fresh air. The one coming into the lights from the top corner is from a dead space from the old chimney. Pumping all air out into the attic above. Should work great.

here is a pic of the mess I made today and then after cleaning up. Also I added a piece of plywood to the window and screwed it every 4" so you cannot come in this way! Double bolt locks on the door and an alarm too! Not getting into my room.

Quick question?

How should the bulbs be situated? Bases out? all the same direction? Bases at ea end.

Ok Another day and a little more done.

I had the electrician here today to put a dedicated 30a line into the panel box and the run the line through the wall and then through the floor and over to a wall upstairs then up that wall into the attic and then drop it down where I wanted it. I then had him ad another dedicated 30a box and then hooked up my lighting controller. Made a huge mess in the wall and ceiling but since I am a drywall tech I did not mind! Easy fix for me. Cost a small fortune but well worth knowing it is done right and will be safe. I am getting close to done but I still need to build the water barrel and add the shutoff and all. I am going to be gravity feeding by hand through the 30gal container. I also have a tri-meter to add to it and some other things to finish, But getting close. The pic of the closet with the cinder blocks and ply is where the water container will sit, Then I will cover the rest of the room and put a zipper door in to access the container.

Well,

I have everything installed and also added another heavy tarp then another layer of 6m plastic over the floor. I sealed everything and will be ready to go to town tomorrow, I want to run the lights and see how where I stand. Then the new babies will be coming in.
