WHOOPS ! Received Cocoa Kush instead of my Grape Krush ?

I just received a order I made through Seed Boutique for a pack of DJS-Blueberry and a pack of DJS-Grape Krush only I received Cocoa Kush instead of my Grape Krush beans ? (The Cocoa Kush is good yes, but not for me)
I'm sure it was an honest mistake, my question is I sent them a email on how to go about getting my original order of Grape Krush.

Has anyone else been sent the wrong beans by mistake and how did you resolve it ?

Take it to Seedbay vendor forums.

I would advise you to email only ONCE.

Patience is a virtue.

So is being happy with what you got ;)

I'm not mad, disappointed yes, I don't have time for seedbay and no I didn't pound them with emails, just one is all.
Patience is a virtue yes, but being happy with a what you got is fine as long as it is what you order.

Not trying to sound like an ass but I just want the order I placed an I am sure they will get me my Grape Krush beans, just asking advice of others this may have happened to is all.

So... have you been sent the wrong beans before and how did you correct it since you answered my post ?

I suppose if they are absolutely must have beans, you are going to have to wait.

PS I wish I had Cocoa Kush so maybe that's why I'd think you'd be happy :D

Yes, "they are definitely must have beans" they are the whole reason I placed my order.

Guess I'll just wait for the email back from S.B. and hope they can get my G.K. beans out asap...

grape krush has not been around to buy in seed form for over a year now...everywhere.should have done a google search first.

I did email S.B. and by no means am I dis-respecting them.
My order arrived lighting quick, everything is great, just a mix up with the beans is all and I will buy from them again.

I am simply asking if others have had the same situation and how they went about it.

Nothing impolite about asking for information Bro...

You should def. get what you paid for. Yeah, just send them ONE email and they should get back with you no problems. Bunch of stand up duders over there.

You are absolutely correct. You should get what u ordered. I have never seen a place on the boo where u can make a 2nd choice if what u ordered is not in stock. I have placed many orders from the boo and that is not an option. U are just going to have to wait for them to contact you .
 
Dude was just asking the best way to resolve the situation, totally a legit question. I still have never got a email back from the boo when they fucked something up and I waited weeks, sent another email, still nothing, finally I said screw it. Great service getting your beans to you but shitty customer service when a mistake is made, imo.

i would be angry if i paid 160 for grape krush but got cocoa kush instead...not even close. they would have to send me like 2 packs of true blueberry to make up for that.

its like ordering a ferrari (highest priced seeds outside of rez gear)...and getting a mercedes as consolation. NO..you gotta give me two benzes to make up for that ferrari! sucks that the Boo aint responding....the bay always gets back to my emails when i bombed them with newb WHERES MY ORDER emails my first time using them....

dude, you're way more laid back than myself. I would never "shrug off" being sent something that was different than what I ordered.

And I also don't understand the whole second choice thing? When you order seeds, you're buying inventory that's in stock. When it's no longer in stock, you can no longer buy them... no need for first or second choices....

UPDATE:

Not even 24 hours after I contacted S.B. this is the nice reply I received...

"If you have received an incorrect item please return it to us with a copy of the
order number and we will happily look into it for you. If we have made a mistake
rest assured we will correct it and include some extra items by way of an apology."

So I am sending back the Cocoa Kush and going to receive my Grape Krush - that my friends is customer service.
