dutch passion,serious seeds or THseeds

Are the seed stock from any of these companies unreliable? I remember hearing a while ago how the seed stock wasn't true from one of these companies and alot of people had complaints, but I couldn't remember which one. So, which companie has true breeding plants as advertised to what your buying?

Dont bother with Dutch Passion, i'm still reeling from their so called 'The Ultimate' shit they were palming off as Gold, Dissapointed to say the least. Serious or TH have some very decent offerings.

many dutch passion strains hermie easily. th seeds have good genes but have low germination rates.

I know TH seeds history, I know people like them I just personally haven't gotten around to any of their stuff. I smelled darkstar being smoked, it HAD to be good.

Can't speak about Thseeds but have grown out white widow from dutch passion and ak47 from serious. The white widow was alright but didn't find a pheno that compares to black widow from Mr.Nice....had a buddy get mr. nice widow and needless to say he had 3 girl phenos that anyone could run in there garden and be happy with..top shelf.

Serious ak47 was what I ran for a good bit. Found two good phenos and eventually picked one and ran it for almost a year.

Really it comes down to what strain you want..as some breaders are known for some strains and other beaders are known for others...

I have never grown TH or serious, but my brother did grow AK and something from serious

I guess my rating would go serious, TH and then dutch

my history with dutch passion...everything turned hermie: reg blueberry, fem ortega, fem master kush --- other strains grown at the same time had no problems. ortega was a nice med strain though.

You should all know that more than half of ALL the cannabis on earth have intersex (hermi) genes. Weather or not those genes are expressed depends on the plants environment.

The plants & breeders cannot control the environment, only the grower can

s00thsayer, fem seeds are about people making $$$ from other people that dont know any better. it has nothing to do with making killer cannabis only making killer proffits. will you ever buy fem seeds again?

Beware of breeders with fem lines. you know their goals are in this order.

1st. proffit
2nd. killer pot

i will by fem seeds again but never from a company that i've gotten a hermie from (dutch passion, nirvana). i've never had a prob with fem seeds from greenhouse seeds, next gen, or world of seeds. the dutch passion plants that hermied were grown on separate occasions with other plants (fem and reg) that had no problems. -- fems let me "test" a strain quickly...if it wasn't for plant count restrictions i'd probably buy regs. ... besides, all seeds are theoretically fem by default and turn male as a result of environmental stress...buying a seed that's been pre-treated with ethylene should just increase the the chance the seed will be fem....no harm. however, breeders that force a branch to change sex to create a hermie plant that will self pollinate creating fem seeds are perpetuating hermie genes, making most people think that all fem seeds are crap because these seeds are whack -- not all fem seeds are created equal. if a seedbank is selling seeds with hermie tendencies then they are not worth dealing with. if half of the cannabis on earth has hermie genes i'll buy from the seedbanks with the good stable genes that aren't causing the problem.

"not all fem seeds are created equal" i dont have 4 months to blow on any fem lines. i will have enough trouble growing all the regular strains i want in 1 lifetime lol
