IDK WAT IT IS BUT IS LOOKS LIKE A LINE OF COKE ITS IN A FEW SPOTS I STARTED TO SCRAPE IT OFF AND THERE WAS GREEN PUSS IT LOOKS LIKE IT MIGHT BE ON THE BOTTOM OF THE BUD WAT IS IT??? HELP PLEASE

I need to see a picture of it. What kind of system are you running? If it's powdery Mildew, I not only know a permanent cure, but I know how to even save the bud that is damaged.

If you are eb flow, I know what the problem might be.

outside ? mildew sounds like the most obvious culprit. Check the infirmary here , they have a sticky on this matter I think,......

Why cant you get a picture of the problem in question ?

While the sprinkling of coke does indeed sound like PM, the green stringy shit does not, least not to me..... pictures however speak more than words ever could

if its outside it could be a combo of PM and maybe Bud rot..if your just pulling slimy nasty buds off the stem and their "gooey" then maybe bud rot..but a pic would honestly be alot easier to diagnose

PM doesnt come off like a gooey marshmellow, is it anywhere else on the plant? stems, fan leaves?
