It sounds like a great idea, because that way you not only have a stash, but a selection as well, but the reality isn't so much fun. 9 different plants, all growing at different rates to different heights requiring different nutrients and finishing at different times. Chances are you won't be able to tell them apart even when you're smoking them. If you can, get clones off a proven mother, that will shave weeks off your first grow.

I'd be tempted to keep it down to 4 or even two plants in that space, in bubblers they shouldn't need more than two or three weeks veg under a single 600W. Throw a net over them to put them into a SCROG to maximise your yield.

Any hydro system could do it, my first choices would be 2 * 20 litre NFTs or 4 * 20 litre Bubblers.
