well i would like to organise something everyone could come to.
so maybe this should be a different gathering to the lga, i just say that because it would be good to get crew from all over the country, not just local ting like. but depends what lga peeps are up for...

would be good to get everyone at it though and not leave anybody behind. i notice a dodgy vibe between certain people, would be nice if we could put these differences aside to get together and share a smoke. maybe wishful thinking but i reckon everyone would benefit, i mean sometimes it's easier to get your point across when you talk in person, so much can be misinterpreted on the net.

Good Idea LLp,, I cant speak on behalf of everyone but I am down,,,

as long as nobody photographs me or tries to antagonize me when I'm getting high...

It is important for groups to get together and excercise their god given right to smoke,, Its healthy,, The LGA will support such an event if it isn't exclusive,,,

Just don't be thinking its the 1st uk cp or anything,,, us growers united own the cup not some big buisness,,

We have all got our own circles and this is a small fraction of society not to be noticed..

Well said, the net is very much open to misinterpretation, you can't see the grin or hear the not serious tone of voice so often when you are just pulling someone's leg for amusement they think you're being deadly serious. Two good examples, the fake rasta crack and the pies comment, my tongue was firmly in my cheek when I made both so they probably seemed much more offensive than was intended. Ah well, people that know me know how sarcastic my sense of humour is and how to take me.

fake rasta crack and pies, sounds like a good plan, dont think think i'll be eating any pies after smoking that fake rasta crack though...

yeah, i know i've got a f#cked up sense of humour too...

Hehe, that made me chuckle! I'm a northern monkey and in our vernacular 'a good crack' is a pleasant conversation, one might say to the wife 'I's uff ta pub ferra reet good crack wid t'lads lass, divn't wait up ferrus cos ull be reet late back like'.

BTW, I think I might have to appropriate the name 'Rasta Crack' for a strain or cutting, me likee.

It does, doesn't it!

Probably be a good name for a Kentish Creme hybrid, if Elevator Man wishes to use it he has my full blessing, he's the one who is doing some great work with the KC, I lost the cutting a while back to my great sadness, only thing I didn't like about it was the stretch and yield, but the quality, man oh man, pisses all over a lot of so-called elites. I nearly killed someone with KC finger hash once, I had to carry them to bed as they couldn't get up off the chair.

Note: We also noticed that the calyx formation (although more sativa leaning) on page 16 and 17 of ICMagazine Issue 2,, looks similar to KC (although more indica leaning).

Kentish Creme also looks similar to the local photos we've seen that our brethrens took while running ganja out of Orange Hill region a few years back.

KC was bland on coco... think she needs some soil lovin to pull out the best of her essential oils. Otherwise KC is unique ,, not many other clones grow or smoke like that one :joint:

Jah bless E-man,, :canabis:

I havent tried the Kentish Creme but if it came out bland in coco then it wasnt grown properly imho, iv never had anything come out remotely bland in coco and i used to do em all hydro, coco and soil(organic and chem)....Peace

I've found the same - the Kentish Creme flavour seems stronger, and more complex in soil - I haven't tried a coco version, but hydro seems to come out sweeter, but without as much characterful flavour. All have the kickass potency though!

I agree with Dr D, if it was bland then it wasn't grown properly, KC in coco is superb, I've had it tasting like milk chocolate after heavy usage of molasses. I'll put up my coco grown KC against anything done in soil any day of the week. I'll have to dig out the KC seeds I have (cheers e-man) and prove this statement to be nothing but hot arse air. My last run of the cutting had a delicious soft, creamy taste, like hash, drinking chocolate powder and marshmallows, leathery, sublime.

This myth of soil being better annoys me, it just isn't true and should have been put to bed many years ago. How many cups have been won now with coco buds? Tons. Truecannabliss with Casey Jones and Jamieshoes with Chocolope are prime examples that spring to mind.

Some pics of the NOT BLAND KC cutting in coco.

id love to see that KC clone done on NFT with CannaAqua + a few tweeks,,:)

soil is mutch harder to feed than Coco,,,ionic-ballance is very important an canna have done the calculations for peeps in Coco,,,,its very difficult to ioncly ballance soil,,,Coco is very easy to feed because of the caana feeding scedual,,

but imo,,CannaAqua is better than all of them,,,ive seen never before growers growing "thebestofthebest" 1st time with CannaAqua:)

Yo rick .. have you been at the Kush x SSH again? :D

soil is mutch harder to feed than Coco

We dont really feed soil rick... that's the whole idea,, cause the soil is food in itself :D

Dr D and the monkey.. we hear you on the coffee-cream taste,, and coco debate. What we could have said is KC is rather bland compared with Cheese.. lol But we was aiming to keep things positive. We often think why Elevator-man ditched this clone (after sharing) in favour of J-Lo.. maybe it has something to do with personal taste , and seeking a fresh 'flavour' (which is the operative word).

The first time we tried to grow a KC clone,, it died... thankfully we sent the other x3 clones to wholesum homes.. and got lucky with a clone back later. I dont keep clones,, but i think it's one that clone keepers should keep over cheese! any day of the week.. so ppl can make fresh hybrids from it.. or smoke it as it is :canabis:

peace n love all

LGA Cup was won on soil (only a small cup) , second place coco, 3rd place soil. peace

Edit:

One aim of Green Knot Kush was to add resin heads to the crazy resin bars that KC gives out,,

picture.php

.. and then make hash with them :D

Mixed lot,, some UK trim,, and some NL... so anglo-dutch relations (and connections) are as ever strong...

That run was so heavy it jammed the top bag... lol

Bubble Tip. If you ever get a jam.. then remove the wet-weed on surface by hand,,(save for 2nd run) ,, then "tug n jerk" it (like dat bubbleman) like shit,, squeese the mess gently.. then throw it into a bucket of water. mix the mess until leaf seperates, then sive (with a sive), then pass back through the sacs. continue process until leaf seperates from hash. Hope this helps. cause its a bugger when it happens!

Note: the retained stuff comes out looking like vomit,, slightly green. Peace

One love!

[imo] Guano tea on soil, makes better product than just time-release nutrients mixed into soil,,,im not sayin its impossible to ballance soil,,,im just sayin it can be difficult compared to the canna, aqua, coco, and bio-programs
