Is there such a tester?

Is there such a tester than can calculate nutrient amounts in soil(macro/micro ones)? I mean like a meter that can show you boron and zinc percentage in soil or water. You know what I mean? Is there such a tester? It seems like a great idea to see where your deficiencies are and excesses.
