My go to lady seems sick, but from what???

I am growing some Pineapple Express from G13 Labs. I know everybody thinks it's gimmicky, but trust me when I say it's not. I have a cut of real ChemD, ECSD, Killing Fields, and Madonna going now, and she us up there with all of them, except yields more!

I have 2 of these ladies going, about 4 weeks into flower.
1 is perfectly fine, and the other was so beautiful about a week ago, but started developing an upward leaf curl with a lot of dark red/brown rusty colored areas on the upper fan leaves.

Anyhow, here are the specs....

2 600 watt HPS/ about 16 inches from air cool hood
Room temp around 83*F
Plenty of air flow
She is in a 10 gallon Smart Pot full of Roots Organic Soil

Feeding goes.....
Plain tap water with a PH of around 7.75 mixed with supps to 6.0-6.3
Earth Juice Bloom
Botanicare's Organicare Huvega (Magnesium)
Organicare Calplex (Calcium)
Organicare Humega (Humic Acid/etc occasionally)
Organicare Seaplex (Kelp)
Organicare Nitrex (Nitrogen/Occasionally)
Botanicare Silica Blast
Gen Hydro PH Up/Down

The last runs I've had she was worry free, but that was in coco. The rest of her lower leaves are a nice green, but the upper fans are struggling. Heres some blurry pics, hope this helps...

They look like light burn...bulb too close?

It's not light burn. The lights are about 16-18" away from the plants. It definitely looks similar to light burn, but is more rusty colored with small bumps. It seems to be spreading down the plant.

Lockout? Deficiency? Virus?

Anybody have any input. I have 4 weeks left and really don't want to put her through any more abuse?

Possibly potasium and calcium def. but with only 4 weeks left, you'll be hard pressed to fix it.
Have you checked your runoff?

I haven't checked the runoff. I will tomorrow. I am adding supplemental Calcium with every feeding. I go 2 feedings to one straight ph balanced watering. I also forgot to mention the leaves are getting crispy.

What can I use to increase potassium uptake?

Anybody else?

It looks like either a Burn or a def?

4 weeks to go I'd flush then recalculate my feed, maybe even lower the concentration,the plant will pull the lacking nutes out of the fan leaves,and I would flush a week later.Oh and make sure your ph is not fluctuating,use some ph'd water (low) and run it through then test that like a day after feeding it should show if your PH is being an ass.
