DWC plant numbers and veg time

I wanna do DWC in 5 gallon buckets with 4K watts over an 8x8 area, how many buckets should I use and how long should I veg?

The whole grow cant take more than 3 months since I want 4 a year minimum.

As many as can fit, one plant per bucket. As for veg time just work backwards from when you want to harvest, lets say they have a 60 day flowering time, that would leave you with 30 days of veg. 60+30=90=3 months total time. Or you could run AF's and harvest every 60 days.

Hmmm, Im looking at using Nirvana Wonder Woman Feminized for the first grow then getting some good moms and using cuts afterwards. How is the yield and smoke on the 60 day AF strains and what are their names?

There are lot but generally the yield is lower and in the 16% THC range. Your probably better off going with your original plan clones are easy and almost as fast. It's really from seed where you see the speed difference.

Nice, I'll probably avoid the AF strains then is yield and strength is lower than clones. I just looked and wonder woman takes 9-11 weeks, any strains I could veg for a week then flower for like 50-53 days?

Anything feminized would be a plus too.

So its looking like the Nirvana AK-48 or Swiss Cheese feminized for the 7-8 week flower.

i just got 3.2 pounds with 12 buckets under 2k that died 2 weeks early because of off gassing NWG.com hose.... system rocks and you should be able to do that e z....

Do you self a favor and setup a small veg room. It may take some time for your first run because of the added veg time... But if you have an established veg room and preveg your girls while you have your 4k in another bloom room you can get close to 6 harvest a year if you get an 8 week strain.

I would go with 4-6 buckets per light and veg time depends on strain really.

Have you ever thought about going vertical?

of course. whats the sense of having 4k with 5g buckets? otherwise you just be stackin numbers with small plants that don't yield because they had no veg time imo.
maybe 8 weeks is too much veg then, cut it back to 5
