Awesome man, i like that you are keeping it simple and clean.
A tip, you should lower the lights put them just 10cm above, and they will stop stretching.

looking good for cfl are you going to switch to hid for flower or just stick with cfl?....(ill save the hps has more lumens at a lesser wattage speech) and alittle advice for you if any are tipping over cut a drinking straw in half and use that as a support and when you repot burry those stems up to the small oval leafs....id say for most plants wait about another week and you should be able to do a light 200ppm fert feeding

Today i transplanted all the plants to 5,5L pots. They are now with 3,5 weeks o veg. I will try to post tomorroy some pics!
