Ya know,,,, there is a place called the MMJ States of America (14 of them) - - places where you and your doctor can decide pot makes your life better - and you can appoint a caregiver - or be appointed the caregiver of other like minded and sometimes grateful associates.

Now it is not free from worry of legal hassles or rip-offs, but -when you say "Commonwealth" -that term is usually synonymous with narrow minded legal eagle types intent on continuing to the insanity - and profiting from inane laws against cannabis.
Kind of amazing when one conciders Thomas Jefferson, John Q Adams and the boys were growers and smokers huh?
