This thread will be an on-going log of my ventures in growing cannabis and any other crazy thing I come up with. Inside you will find pictures of my random plants, hash pictures and smoke out videos, including designs and how-to's of stuff I make and test out.

The plants I currently have flowing are as listed:

Grape Ape
Double Strawberry Diesel "Lemon pheno + countless seeds and others going" (Reservoir Seeds D.S.D.)

The plants I currently have vegging are as listed:
Grape Ape
Double Strawberry Diesel "Lemon + countless other seeds"
Dream Queen (Green crack)
Super Silver Sour Diesel Haze (Green House)
Williams Wonder x NL #5 x Haze

The flower room is kept at 71degrees 24/7 and my grow tray is a 4.4 ebb and flow table which I just use at a slant to drain in a 5gallon bucket at the low end. My medium of choice at the moment is Coco-Tek 10kg cases which is washed and flushed in a pillow case with R.O. water.

Veg food is kept simple at Advanced Nutrients Sensi Grow A-B at EC 1.5.

Flower food is also simple at Connoisseur A-B but I substitute Sensi Bloom A-B for test plants and for my bulk Grape Apes which I use for hash.

I love making hash, bubble, iso, butane.. its all fun and dangerous! I nearly blow my self up like a meth lab.. wtf what a stoner mistake. Eh I was able to think and control the situation and still came out with some amazing hash. =)

This thread will be a wild ride so kick back and enjoy some random good times.

Has anyone ever heard of a Vapor Globe? Im sure people have and im sure there are tons who have no clue what that is... I fell into the later group until I discovered its true use with some honey oil. Its a attachment that you comes in various sizes for your smoking apparatus, it comes in a glass on glass fixture with a long upward facing tube that a " glass nail" rests in place in the middle. The head of the glass nail is concaved and exposed above the tube, you heat the head of the nail with a butane torch until hot, then you cover the nail with a larger glass globe with a hole in the top which allows you to place your oil on the red hot nail. Smoke is produced and contained in the globe and pulled down into the pipe or what ever smoking unit your using. I would have posted a picture of it but the camera I ordered online didnt arrive today as expected. 10/5/2010. Fucking people... either way, its pretty bad ass and im sure to have some videos up of smoking that hash above and also of me making some more with my buddy. =)

So I traded both of the Gods Gift plants for a digital 600w ballast with built in cooling fan at the top. It also came with a 6in cool tube and matching HPS and MH conversion bulb. He also threw in some Earth Juice Bloom and Grow as well as all the cords which go along with it. Here are some pics. oh yeah a 5ft long roll of mylar too.

The veg tent is complete. It now has a 6in active air inline fan with insulated ducting and is right at 72 at conopy level. Pics tmrw. Good night.

I would like to try a few more clones today using the rapid rooter cubes, i am also going to try the coco medium as another attempt to regain my lost knowledge of how to get it done. I have had miserable success in taking clones recently. My environment has been totally fucked up and unstable causing them to wilt with in the next day. However this round should be a success as I have my light set up and ventilation taken care of with temps hovering around 75 currently at 55% humidity. Lets get it a shot!

Lots of pics will follow now that I have my fancy new Canon Rebel T1i ... wish i had a better lens then the stock 18-55mm they come with.

As a follow up to the new batch of clones that I went crazy over trying to get it done right... they Double Strawberry Diesel (Lemon Pheno) had roots showing in 6 days.. I thought it was 8 but I went back and looked at my notes and 6 days baby.. Clonex, Half strength nutes and Coco. BAM! im back in action everyone!

I have gone vertical on my veg cabinet and the results are showing nicely. I have noticed that stretching vertically has not been as drastic as it was with overhead lighting using a hood. The plants have "beefed" them selves up so to say. the nodes have clearly become more closely spaced. Side branching has been significantly increasing each day that passes and they adjust to the new light angle. I am using an active air 6" fan with my cool tube. The cabinet is in my bedroom and heats its very nicely during the current winter season. I will put up more pictures as I re-arrange it when the lights come on today.

I took a cardboard box and cut a hole large enough for me to fit my insulated 6" ducting through, I then stuffed a blanket into the remaining space around the fan in the box. The results where easily noticed by the ear with out question even with the box being now outside of the tent now. Pictures when it wakes up in 3 hours from now.
