hi all, i just thought i should give warning to all who use "discount hydroponics supplies" the ebay hydro shop.......the cunce dogged me in.....the police told me that the shops are obliged to tell them when someone makes large purchases .......and i only buy from one online hydro shop!!

im not gonna get into too much detail right now, but please, let this be heard .....DISCOUNT HYDROPONICS SUPPLIES ARE PUTRID DOGS........stay away from them if you like your "freedom".

i must say though i get all my gear sent to a third person
they have an indoor garden but its full of tomatoes and chillis

anything thats involved with cannabis these days i go through my safe addy

20k + a year, that is a lot to spend on hydro gear and is pretty indicative of a large commercial grow. I might spend $200 a year on nutes if that and pay cash. The rest of the stuff I can get from Bunnings. No disrespect but the red flags would have been raised. I hope you refused to answer any questions and got a solicitor. Shalom.

yeah im kicking miself.......maybe 20k+ is a bit of an exaggeration but it was lots.....yeah yeah very stupid on my behalf ......
as for questions.....i answered questions regarding who`s it was and what it was for.........answers: me and my medication......i also told them the leaf that they found was used for making butter for my meds.....i stated that i dont give any to friends and i would never sell it ... that i never smoke near my kids, and that any food prep was done separately to my family`s meals.

i dont have a lawyer on hand but am looking into it......i could have done the "no comment" thing, but would have been refused bail........this is my third bust.

Good on you chron, you seem to be in control of the situation, difficult times for sure. Indictable offense used to be 49+ plants or selling the shit. This makes me nervous hearing this. Time to get the numbers down as of tomorrow. Get good advice if you can to reduce the chance of an indictable offense being proven. Penalties can be high depending on the situation. Let us know how it goes. I am sure your family and the icmag family will support you.

In the UK at least , ebay/paypal will provide any and all account and transaction information on a simple police request without a warrant , mainly used against the sale of fake goods and scams.

The buyer or seller will not be informed in any way of this , the hydro shop guy could be in this situation and unaware , like i was when selling memory sticks.

Cross referenceing a list of customers against criminal records would have flagged your name , they can see everything you ever got from ebay , possibly enougth evidence from their point of view.
