typically, yellow tips represents nutrient burn. back of the nutes some, especially under t5s.

yup burnt tips and leaf curl, most liklely to much nitrogen. You have to remember under T5 lighting the plants do not require the same amount of nutrients as a HID grow would.

curling leaves can be from heat stress may need to add a fan to blow over canopy. yellow tips is def nute burn just top off your res with some plan water and you should be fine.

The beauty of dwc is that you can correct pH and nutrient issues immediately. However you will likely have serious issues around week 3 of bloom that are hard to recover from.

Do you mean to say if there are any mishaps early on the grower will notice the issues later sometime in week 3? If not could you please elaborate.

i believe what he is saying is the plants can recover fast enough with no issues, but with most strains if you have problems at week 3, expect the plant to be more adversely affected so late in the bloom phase.
