Can the dome. If they wilt, they will come back in a day. If they don't, you either have too much leaf for the stem, to support, too much direct heat or the cut isn't drawing water and needs to be re-cut.

I like to soak my coco and then squeeze firmly before putting it into cups. Unfortunately, my definition of firmly isn't anyone else's. But it shouldn't be dripping wet in my opinion. With perilite added? IDK, sorry.

Say what?

The more transpiration from the leaves the more water the stem will suckup and the faster the clone will root. Also a heat mat will def speed things up. You usually dont need a dome unless your in a very dry area, in which you will only need it for the first 5-7 days.

rapid rooters, soak in 2-2-2 GH 5ml liquid karma per gal, domes and heat matts, roots in 4 days with most strains, 10 days with any ive encountered

I say use the dome for the first day then let em breathe, Clonex is Dank but if you let that cut breathe too much it will never root, so make sure your COCO is tight, also put a little clonex in the hole you plan to plant in to avoid it being rubbed off,

Aweh.

NO DOME!

Domes create a need for themselves. Without them, you won't need them. Use them and your plants will be tender little things.

These have been in their cups for a few days. Straight from mommy to cups. No weaning.
