My Auto Assassin That Aint (♪Uma♪)

This is not an AutoFlower. It is a plant that I raised from seed that came out of an autoflower package. I got some Auto Assassin and grew them all out. I have recently harvested the Auto Assassins.

This plant obviously did not auto. She is about 2½ weeks flower in this picture. Yesterday put her at 4 weeks into flower. She has big long buds and is a lot fuller now than in this picture. I will take more pictures tomorrow. She is 11 weeks old yesteday. She is direct to ground and being fed Fox Farm Tiger Bloom.

The thing I find very striking is her incredible lemon smell. You get close to her and you can smell the lemon. You put your nose to the flowers and you actually go away with a lemony scent on your nose. I am a newbie and have never experienced this. It pretty neat. The good news is that while I was waiting on her to tell me her sex I took a few cuttings. I have since taken a few cuttings off of the cuttings. I will keep all the cuttings under 24 hour light until this spring and then they go outside.

I have named this plant Uma on account of her being related to the Assassins and her bieng a her.

5feet 5 inches tall. She lives right next to an Afghani#1 who will be in flower for two weeks tomorrow

Dont think so mate.
At least i´ve never read/heard about the metal rust being bad for the plants.

It never hurt my tomatoes either. I just have it there to keep my mutts from laying under it.

Looking good Texas, she's huge
I wouldnt call her huge but she is big for not being 12 weeks old yet.

This and the Afghani#1 is still part of my first run ever. I already finished up the Auto Assassins and Onyx.

My next run will be with ProMix or CoCo. I've got a few cuttings of the Auto Assassin That Aint and the Afghani#1. I intend on getting me some of those Pineapple Chunck seeds for the next run too.

What I need is a good male to breed with the Auto Assassin That Aint but the guys over at Short Stuff Seeds have ignored my email request to find out more about the Auto Assassin strain so that I can match up a male to the one I have that didnt auto flower. Thats a shame cause I like their products. I need customer support though so I will move on.

Thanks for lookin yall

Tomorrow she will be 8 weeks into flower and 15 weeks old. 5 foot 5 inches tall. Top cola is leaning heavy now. I am a greenhorn still and dont have an idea of when she will finish.

Looking NICE! Up North here, it's been well below freezing every night for two weeks... at first glance I said to myself "He can't be growing outdoors still, can he?" And then I bitchslapped myself. Good luck with her, she looks great!

Dude, you made me laugh. Thanks. My average frost date aint till the middle to latter part of November. I hope to take her in time to have her dry by Thanksgiving. I have an Afghani#1 right next to her that is 4 weeks into flower. Luckily I did not plant her direct to ground like I did with the Assassin.

I have taken some of my assasins at 12 weeks some 10.. Sort of long IMO. To be fair AA is so far the best auto i have smoked. The one girl from my party cup entry(AA F2), the chalky one. Was the best auto i have smoked yet, i wish i got some beans from her.

Nice sour taste not harsh and the high lasted for a GOOD few hours, the high really had legs. Hope you find this pheno, it was really great.

MY only gripe about the assasins is the slow veg.. I need to do a nice big selection of my F2's and pick some quick veggers to chuck some pollen on.

You might have one of the bigger phenos, it would have been interesting to see it inside under a 20/4 light regime. See if it was indeed an auto or some stray seed. It looks pretty sati to me, and the idea of AA was to select only sativa leaning phenos.

Thank You. Nikon D-50. I captured (on my camera) a lizard today on my Afghani#1 plant. I will try and post that picture tonight or tomorrow in that journal.

Today Uma has been in flower for 8 weeks and is 15 weeks old. Still have two or three weeks to go I suppose

I did read the thread, it said the seed came from an AF package.. Which is why i made the comment maybe it was just a bigger pheno. Would be the first time i've read a non auto seed got into SSS stock.

I didn't do a log of the assasins, not doing much online documenting. Pics of what i did document are in my albumbs.

Hows' the smoke?

Sorry, I misunderstood. I am smoking some today as a matter of fact. It taste really good. Smells like lemon but does not taste like lemon. The buds are lighter and airyer (sp?) than I would have like and I suspect it would have performed better in a well light situation. I get incredible munchies after smoking this grass. To be honest I get more couch locked with this strain than I would have thought. It is an "in the head" high at the same time. Its better than anything I've grown but I am limited there. I smoke the Auto Assassin that did auto and this smoke (the one that didnt auto) is much better. Its better than the Onyx I grew too. I have not had the killer strains like yall yet. Still, based on that I would give it a 7 out of 10. Some of my "friends" love it. I have plenty of cuttings and am thinking of doing an inside grow with them in Jan-Feb. It will be my first.

Yeah if you got cuttings, it for sure isn't an auto.. lol. Was it from a freebie pack of assasins?

I wonder what it is. Lemon smell eh. Post up some of the clones when they are finished. I am curious how the 2nd batch goes.

Yes, it was indeed from a free pack of seeds. The rest of them did exactly like they were supposed to and were pretty fair smoke. I have looked around and have not seen anybody else have any issues with that strain. That kinda leaves a lot of possibilities as to what this plant really is. I will keep it around for a while. When I do a second run of them I will do it here so you can see. Thank You for looking.
