The way I read it, 74 will allow only certified growers to supply the dispensaries, what happens to the current certified growers that are supplying to cardholders now. Generally anytime a large commercial anything get ahold of anything they screw it up. I would rather be able to legally grow my own for my own consumption, let those who can't grow buy it from the state if they wish. Any legislation should allow for the private growing, but then the state doesn't get the tax monies so it not a win win for any one.

Sorry for dropping in but.... many people forget the one thing about cannabis..It takes time and space to grow... before you get to smoke.. supply and demand will play a big part also factoring foreign sources as well
