HELL YEAH! Its people like you who take it to the next level, ( IE Supreme Court) that will allow patients get there medication back or keep it in the first place.
I had a similar issue where my marijuana was confiscated. And got my Marijuana back. Judges orders. I studied this very hard with my Public Defender. If you need any help regarding Motions, or anything law related. Please feel free to ask. I'd love to help. And really want to hear the outcome of your case.

You want to use the Garden Grove Case in your motion of return of property. It went to supreme court and the patient got his medication back.

After years of BS I did get a return of property for 54 lbs. Word of caution even when getting free attorney service from large well known groups, you still have to do your own work and do not feel bad about wanting to put a foot up their ass for not giving you the best and timely representation. I had the same thing happen. Its free so its important to always double check. Did u end up going to supreme court. what happen. id love to hear specifics. i got about 8 ounces returned to me. but 54 pounds. holy crap.
Yes i won with the Garden Grove Case. It was the Sherrifs who brought it up. because they were trying to fight against it. Well they lost their appeal which looked horrible. And i won. !

Joe took my case before yours. Once he heard(1 year later) how much I had he took yours. He did not believe I could get a judge to issue a return of property for that much meds. Poor Joe I guess did not have the balls to go play with the big boys with my case. Then I just started getting my case pushed back,further and further.

Yeah. good work. This should work in just about every case in California as its a Supreme Court Rulling in CA.

Garden Grove! Garden Grove! hehe, really did push us in the right direction. And it took about 15 cities trying to sue a guy over a quarter of weed. That guy fought the good fight.
As did you, as did I. Its important not to take it in the shorts. no matter how much you have. Its medicine, and a plant and should not be looked at as illegal.

I thought you was the guy from Garden grove case. There is one other case with more herb but they was transporting for a club. I believe mine is the largest return order for a single person.
And if this ever happens to anyone insist at the time you want it back it good condition and do not go over 6 months without filing for your property to be returned. The police act like pigs by not charging you until after 6 months. JK
