Had Payload at first, they kind of suck...made with cheap-ish material. Good for non-commercial hash runs, small grower would do just fine with them. We ended up replacing our bags with Bubblebags...they are top knotch quality, can't complain at all.

I got the sprung bags. I want an 8 bag, 5gal set from bubbleman in the future, but $79 shipped in USA for 5 bag, 5gal set from sprung.. It was a good deal. Good set up too. Right bags to get full melt bubble from 73micron bag. 220>160>110>73>25. Good quality construction.

I got these bags from some place in City of Industry. I picked em up cuz i drive to LA for work every week and made a detour one day to pick them up so I'd save shipping.

Nice bags, the screen size is identical to bubblebags, but I didn't inspect them cuz I was with a really hot gal pal and even though the industrial park where we got the bags was modern and nice enough, the area had a wierd very uncomfortable vibe to it and both of us just wanted to get the hell outta there A strip joint was on every block, and normally I'd like that sorta thing but man it was grim just to be driving through there, I never knew how depressing some of the IE really is but if you want to appreciate where you live just take the 605 freeway south from the 10 and take any exit to the right or left for about 20 miles, it doesn't even feel like california and I'm not a snob I just never forget unusual or negative vibes when I'm in a place for the very first time and I leave with a bad feeling about it.

After inspecting the bags when I got home I noticed a few had tiny holes in the canvas, I just use lil pieces of waterproof bandage tape that come in those metal rolls, and cover the holes and it works long enough to make a hash run.

Overall the bags work fine, and for $131 out the door, it's much less than the rediculous $650 bubbleman charges. Hope this helps a lil. BL

got both bubblebags and sprungbags...both A+...

but what a pain in the ass to make bubble... we 1st strip the buds/leaves off the stems , so not to put a hole in any bag, then the stirring, and the emptying of the last bag, usually getting water all over the place... and then.... repeat the whole process... except ofcourse the stripping of the buds from the stems... which is the shittest part of the whole operation...

i've had it with hand churning with a wooden spoon, now use a cordless drill and a paint stirrer to mix up each batch... but what i have noticed is that the material from the last bag (25) is green...i guess churning up too much plant material... but it sure is easier...

You're not off topic at all shred, you and zach are right on the f***ing money and I'd like to expand on what you guys mentioned so others can consider the info

I've been making bubble every 30 days for about 7 years now and although I enjoy making it to an extent making bubblehash the right way IS A COLOSSAL PAIN IN THE ASS AND TIME CONSUMING PROCEDURE. You're talking hours and hours of time just to do 2 runs, a whole freeking afternoon and part of the pm. removing stems, washing and drying the bags after every run, and I mix by hand with rubber gloves, so I make it harder for myself but after mxing by drill a ton of different ways, hand mixing returned better quality hash, but now I have found the joy of butane, a gas that gets the leaf super cold and when it passes through the leaf it only takes with it whatever pure mj goodness is there, and zero else, no chlorophyll, no junk, just love.

I recently discovered BHO, just a week ago actually, and can't believe how easy, cheap and quick it is to make this honey oil. $5 in pvc and caps. the oil is ready quickly and man is it potent. You cant make great oil out of mediocre trim because like in bubblehash making your results depend on the quality of product you put in it, but what it does do is give you the absolute best return of all available thc and nothing else, which bubblebags can't do, there's particulate in every bag, and the kicker is you get a lot more return with bho vs the amount of trim you put in and man taken as a whole bho is easier, quicker, much cheaper, and much better quality w/o the mess of bubblebaggin. THe only downside to oil is that it's harder to work with and you can't really put oil on a screen and take a hit like you can with bubble, it works best as a top dressing or to dab on a joint, but conversely my best bubblehash I make I have to freeze and can't touch with my hands anyway so...I'm getting more into butane these days : )

zach, I thought I was the only one who gets green in my purple bag. It bothered me so much I don't even use the purple bag anyone, the green colored hash that comes out of my purple bag def wasnt nearly as good the previous 3 bags, this, from a bag that's supposed to be the best one of the bunch. hmmm.

I'm gonna make a glass tube of somekind to try to get as pure an esperience as possible, but I'm not worried bout pvc being an issue as far as a possible contaminant. peace

bro it takes me less than a second to strip a main branch when de-steming i hold the top of it in one had ane strip the whole lot in one with my thumb an forefinger running them down to the bottom of the stem you end up with a stem with a small bud on top and loads of smaller nugs. anything helps when your doing lots of the stuff it can get really drilling

i get the leftovers in large garbage bags that have been frozen... so all the shit is in there frozen, fan leaves/popcorn buds/stems/etc.. last week i took one bag, and went to work.. after about 1 hour i felt i had enough and closed up the bag and returned it to the freezer...still 1/2 full... then the 'fun' starts- and after churning and waiting for 2 rounds... i said fuk the 3rd round... and shit-canned the remains... its a time-consuming event ever time... and every time i ask the question ...is it worth it....

has anyone tried the new all mesh bags? i wanna try em cuz im sic of mine clogging up so damn quik!

If you clean your bags immediately after using them in ice water this should never be a problem.... they last years.

Also you could try some Isopropyl alcohol just an inch or so in a 5 gallon bucket and let bags soak for a few seconds.

I see no one has bothered to answer your question on the quality of the all mesh bags. I have the same question, and couldnt get any sort of answer or even acknowledgement of them. So today I ordered a 25 micron bag all mesh. I plan on 5 gal pail wash my trim/bud/leaf then I'll hand strain out the mash and pour the water/tric thru the 220, 160, 75 and then thru the 25 all mesh. I will let you know how well it works.
