I use a cool tube and with an inline 320ish-cfm elicent fan that cools it so good you can touch the glass in the center using a 1000w hps blulb with your hand and keep it there for 10 seconds or more. and this is with 2 1000w bulbs on the same line 
theres a ton of threads here how to cool your HID bulbs from using an AC in the room to cooltubes and vented hoods connected to inline fans.
personally I prefer a ducted enclosed system using the inline fan.
