The quality of the strain would depend on the breeder. Don't the various breeders develop their own version of any given strain? From what I understand, a particular strain from one breeder would not be exactly like the same strain from another breeder. If this is true, the breeder would make all the difference in the quality of the strain.

I've had Bros. Grimm C99 (kept 2 phenos but lost one a few years back.) for going on 10 years. The pheno I have is not a real big yielder,but is my all-time favorite smoke.

For me at this point its The Pure by the flying dutchman.

Great yield, idnica dom high excielent for growing trees. Buds that go all the way down to the bottom of the branches. Heavy round consistent nugs. Great too manicure.

Pheno starts off citrus and ends up a bit rk but once properly cured kinda reverts back too fruit.

If I could have one and only one keeper, it would be the local Dutch Treat pheno that is super secret status here in Seattle....


I can't seem to get my damned hands on it. Alot of people have it, but all have been sworn to not share it. It's out there but getting your hands on it is a right bitch.



I know 4 people who grow it, none will share cuttings.....leh sigh.

thats a great strain Mudgutsalthough iv not grown it in 5 years you always remember something consistant.

Id have to Say SOL Blockhead but the Sweetooths a close second

Theres a great dutch treat floating around maui i wouldnt be surprised if they were one and the same...

Gotta say being isolated with a beloved plant or 6... Theres worse things in life hahaha
