what kind of rockwool? mini cubes? blocks? floc?
the floc is a complicated beast but the others are not very difficult. When you feed em, watch the runoff, don't let it get higher ec/ph than you are feeding them. Watch the cal/mag deficiency too, they get nothing as far as food goes from the rockwool like your plants use to do with coco so they can get nute lockouts more easily.
If you're flowering in rockwool you'll need to flush it periodically, I just use RO water to flush but drip clean might help eliminate the periodic flushes.
the plants love rockwool though, it won't be a difficult transition for you.

good luck!! :joint:

S'up Bro. i'd start with GH, cheap, easy and reliable. Maybe try Canna, Aqua line if you must, it's good for rockwool too. Don't forget to buffer and leach all rockwool before you use it. There's shit out there for that too, shit you soak your rockwool in over night or whatever to make the PH right. Typically rockwool comes very acidic and needs it. people miss that part a lot and are bummed out about their results, saying the PH was all whacky or they had what seemed like "lockout". Prioritize flushing every other week. you'll like its ease of use and it's lack of messiness. just get watering times down right so nothing gets too soggy and you'll be cool.
