Secret Jardin Grow Lab Club! Wattage doesn't matter!

mine leaks light from the common areas everyone knows about but i left it as is and every thing grew fine even using female seeds...im using a GL60 though.....i love my tent.....waiting on clones to grow and stuff so i can fill this tent with 12 plants in 1.5 gal smart pots and 6 plants going straight clone to 12/12 in a rainforest 36 hydro system...other plants are going to get about as tall as the hydro bucket before i flower.....with a total of 346W

well some strains would be better suited for tents but that also depends on your growing style also like SOG,SCROG super cropping....depends also if you like pure sativas,pure indicas,hybrids.....i know growing a pure sativa in a gl60 would be a bitch and a half! unless it was one plant and you just kept using bondage on her.....

Nice! I have a Secret Jardin 4x4 and a Grow Lab 4x4.. I've never used the Grow Lab tent yet, Shit I haven't even took it out of the box it came in...Im very happy with my Secret Jardin...Anyone have a preference between the 2? Am I missing out by not using the Grow Lab....Secret Jardin is the DR120 and the Grow Lab is the GL120.....
I love growing in a tent, it makes controling the environement very easy....and I guess its better to use incase of FLIR...am I correct about that?

i wouldnt say either are better. ive seen both in action and i really cant tell a difference. every tent has its flaws. some are just easier to fix than others. support for everything that you hang in there is kinda what i looked for. im super happy w/ my GL80. and it was quite a bit cheaper in $ than the SJ, which is ALWAYs good

to viking if i recal the secret jarden aint as reflective as the growlabs pull out the cover and see how reflective it is.....
I purchased a darkroom a few years ago and returned it after setting it up for a practice run. Not only could I see light through the stitching but I could actually see everything in the cab. Sure, it was opaque but I could see my light, the inside of the room and even my pots. I am not really worried about light contamination to my plants but the light coming out is what some should be worried about, although I realize they are not really incogneato anyways but my homemade cab could be running in my living room and no one would even be the wiser. You would be surprised that some people will go in rooms in some peoples house without even asking. It happened to me and they knew nothing, fuckin idiot that I am I forgot to lock the door, which never happened again, if the darkroom would have been running I don't think it would have gone so smooth. I hope the new GrowLabs don't have the same problems. Peace BrotherD

read thru many posts about light leaks...the simple way to disregard light leaking is to run your lights during the day time!!

Ok been a while since I updated my thread here so I thought I'd add to the group with what I have going on in my Grow Lab 120 L 
Things are looking amazing in there! These were taking yesterday on day 54 of flowering and I plan taking them to 60 days at least cuz I want to get them fully purple..
Left side full of Sugar Cane Kush
Right side full of Magic Merlin and Cuzin Violet(Urkle x Crystal Trident)
And some Sugar Cane Kush close ups, this strain is just incredible and smells so good it's the purple strain I've dreamed of getting cuz I was always jealous of this purple cut my buddy has from Mendo that's really nice and I never got to have a mom of. Don't even care now

Since I started this club with a DR80 and have since upgraded to a GL120L I think I can tell you I like Grow Lab MUCH better than Secret Jardin for a few reasons. Yes they are similar BUT! There are flaps over the zippers on the inside and outside of my Grow Lab and there were non on the Secret Jardin. My poles are white and not chrome which started to rust in the Secret Jardin in the place where they connected. Also my zippers are much bigger and more sturdy IMO overall I would take a Grow Lab over a Secret Jardin any day of the week
So where's all my tent growers at? Show what you got going on and lets get this thread full of some more good pics...

Depending on a person's space, the back door design could be more useful than side windows. Seems odd that the light vent ducts are not centered horizontally. Hydrofarm could probably sell more of these if they listed the actual dimensions of the tents (and had photos of all three models).
