Should I let the pot dry out?

Yes let them dry out and try not to over water them again . Overwatering will really damage your plants it will suffocate the roots . What size container is that plant in and how much water are you giving it ? Remember less is better !

Plants need dry and wet cycles. In dry cycles the roots will stretch looking for water. Then if you can catch them right before wilt and give them alot of water...with some run off...your plants will do well as far as watering goes.

Phedrosbenny , got it right thats how we water . thats why we use 50% superchunky perlite in our mix , lets us water till there is run off and allows our plants to dry out fast and not sit in water.

Those pot look too big for those tiny plants--
The reason for "Stepping up", is that in a smaller pot, the plants will grow roots that will fill the soil...then you transplant up til it does it again--
If you go straight to a large pot, the roots have a tendency to just grow straight down, not giving you a good root-ball--
One of the side effects of that, is you have large areas of soil that have no roots to uptake water out of, so the soil takes much longer to dry out...causing...YEP!! Over watering (Lack of Oxygen in the root system)--:tiphat:

Thanks Baphomet,

The pot is 7 gallon filled with 75% coco 25% perlite and hydroton at the bottom.

Thanks kmk420kal,

Thanks for the advice. Those little girls came from flood and drain table they had a decent root structure nothing to serious though. They also have a slight nitrogen toxicity, could that be caused by over watering? Do you think I could take some clones from the bigger plant thats been overwatered? Or should I wait till its health again?

I would wait til it is healthy--

tip to watering:
1. fill up a container with your dry mix.
2. weigh your container
3. add water to container till you got run off
4. weigh your container
5. you now have a dry and wet weigh for your mix. do the math and find the midpoint. dont water till your containers are less than that midpoint (around 30-40%wet)
