has anything been altered? Ferts? Lighting conditions? It looks like a patio plant are you sure there's no light leaking out there?

Ever seen those threads about SSH that won't flower?
You're probably experiencing the same thing - although I believe that trait comes from the haze in SSH, and I'm not sure there's any haze in Medicine Man.
If it was my plant I'd probably give up, considering it's been stalled out for two months.

No unusual alterations in growing nor in the environment.
I experienced an Original Haze that never started flowering and died freezed in January but this Med Man started and at the right time. I'm gonna ask in Mr.Nice forum if it could be a rare Indian or Brazilian pheno. In facts the leaves are very sativish for a Med Man.
