best way to make the most use out of my space?

im thinking of going sorta sog with this next grow 18 plants in a 2x2 tent in homemade 1.5 gal smart pots thinking of letting them veg to a foot then flower...with 6 of the plants in hydro that will be straight clone to 12/12 as hydro bucket will be as tall as the vegging plants....tried scrog last time but really didnt get the results i wanted....probly because i trained them too early...gonna try this way im also running 346w total 250hps and 96w fluro im trying for 1/2ounce dry per plant....using floranova series fert + molasses and possibly some beastie blooms for last 2 weeks of ferted flowering..thoughts on doing this in such a small area?

So you're growing 12 soil plants in 1.5gal smart pots, and 6 hydro buckets.. 5gallon? how big in diameter is 1.5gal smart pot? and 2x2 is sqft or sqm? I assume sqft. Uh, actually it can't be sqft, or it can't be 5gal buckets.. (4) 5gal buckets would fit in 4 sqft..

Same thing I was thinking. Even if you did all soil in 6 inch pots, you're still only able to fit in 16, and thats' jampacked with absolutely NO room..... probably means NO room for vegging to a foot either.

the hydro kit is a rainforrest 36 basicly one 5 gal bucket which takes up 1st foot but the smart pots are homemade to custom fit 12 plants in soil in the space...shoulda specified there homemade smart pots....thier taller and not as round as the 1.5g smartpots you would buy...sorry i really shoulda specified the stuff i was using.....basicly trying to up plant numbers without skimping on rootsize and plant size i really dont want single cola plants i want multiple colas but still not be really bushy.....

watch the seemorebuds videos. he did something like 300 plants in a 4X6 with hydro in like 2 inch pots...

yeah i really dont want single cola plants.....but ty for atleast trying to help.......and i dont want that many plants also........as its taking me FOREVER to get my clone stock up
should have cloned a ton more before flowering my last plants...
