Best place to find a small HPS?

I'm looking for an HPS light, and I'm hoping to find some industrial type flood light for really cheap, and was wondering if anyone had any ideas? There is a nice, complete digital set on eBay for $140, but I'd rather spend more like, $70, and I don't care if it's pretty, it just has to work

How many watts? This place has 150s for $70.

Maybe get a DIY ballast kit and ceramic mogul socket and hang the bulb bare (no reflector)? That's the cheapest setup I can think of.

This is what i have always done. I just got a 100w hps, ballast,bulb,socket for like $35 shipped. From www.1000bulbs.com

Im pretty sure you can find a 150w lamp and bulbs at Lowes. I know they have the bulbs just have not seen or looked for ballasts. I have heard they do carry them though. Mostly for exterior applications but of course can be used for our needs too

Lamps, yes. I've never seen a ballast sold separately, only as part of a reflector, lamp, ballast system.

If you have any industrial lighting companies open to the public, they will have ballasts alone.
