accelerated flower time?

i was just curious if anyones had some success with this its saying by running an 18 hr day cycle it speeds up ur flower time but u lose yeild im just wanting to know if its successful or not might be trying to try it later on after this grow.

Vegetative Cycle - Lights ON 14 hours, Lights OFF 4 hours
Flowering Cycle - Lights ON 6 hours, Lights OFF 12 hours

Typically days tend to have 24 hours.

Aside from that minor detail, I think your plan sounds good.

i have never gone that low . i have ran 10 on 14 off in flower before . finished a week early with significantly lower yields. only tried it once with one strain tho.so my results werent very scientific

hmm is it just a seprate nuet you add to your solution? i have this other booster i got for my clones would that help them? its power cloner or something like that

I have experimented a few times with a gradual daylength reduction similar to what happens outdoors, as opposed to a sudden flip. That definitely does increase yield without lengthening overall flower time by much.

thanks for the tip so jus to make sure i got this u can increase yeild by starting trasnsition stage and bloom stage at like 12/12 then for aggressive go 10/14 and then ripen maybe 8/16 and i was planning on cuttin lights off for 4-5 days i was told to a week to strengthen potency and better the bud but its my first time and i dont wanna wait forever not saying im gonna rush it but i wanna experiment with my stuff

I've flowered with 7 on 11 off and it was fine but the buds were puny.
