Holes in my leaves ?

Hello:)
I grow a couple of weeks into my first hydro grow where I use a drip system under a 250W MH. The plants seem to thrive, but I have noticed that some leaves are a bit deformed and some have holes - I have previously had problems where they the crumpled a bit.

I think even that is heat problems when I had a faulty fan and temperature higher for a couple of days have been over the 30 (ceclcius degrees) - is now around 23-26 (73 to 79 F)
I had early in my grow some ph issues (it raged up and down) - But it looks like most of the upper leaves affected

EC is 1.11 and PH I try to keep between 5.5 and 6

Is this some kind a bug (which i can't see) or would you rather say this was due to my ph problems ?

Sorry for the bad ennnggllisssh

You've got some fine healthy looking plants there. I don't think that your pH or temps are the cause of any problems. (Although it would probably be wise to try to get temps down a little).

I've seen that kind of damage to plants before, but only when growing outdoors.

To take chunks that big out of a leaf it must be big enough to be visible to the naked eye. Have a good hunt through the grow area and you'll probably find the culprit.

Dude, you're way ahead of most people who speak English as a first language.

Thanks ! Well i looked around in my grow room and i can't see any visible bugs anywhere on the plants . Anyway i bought some organic bug killer and hope this helps.

What i don't understand is that the issue seems only to appear on topper leaves of my plants .

I would hold back from using the insecticide for the moment, if you can't see any insects. Have you got a cat or any other pets?

It kinda looks lke a deformity to me... think i seen a nute def that causes that... i think its a nute needed in trace quantities. Mb? Or possibly a calcium def - preventing the leaves from being able to fully form...? I'd up the nutes a bit, maybe give a lil calMag, theres a good thread with pics of almost every nute def. I dont think u have a bug.

Good luck with your garden. All accept the leaves with the holes/rips your garden looks fine.Dont let anybody talk you into burning them up adding too many nutes.White dots on the leaves are usually a sign of a mite infestation.I cant really tell from the pic because of how your HPS changed the color.

I believe I had this same issue until I started using a little calmag+ I think it has fixed the issue although it's still a little to early to tell.

Hmmm okay that seems more likely - I don't think its a bug since there is a pattern in the way the leaves are deformed ... else it is a very systematic eating bug :p. For now they look healthy besides the deform leaves so i'll wait and see.
Btw I use 3 part micro-grow-bloom from advanced nut. 1:1:1 - if there is any adjustments i could do there - let me know :)

I changed the color of the pictures above on my computer to 2700K to make it easier to see them :)

These look like they're grown from seed?

To me that looks like the damage I see from fimming, trimming leaves on clones, or the leaves getting pinched between the container and wall, or in the cab's door when they were younger. Could any of these be possible? Always consider all possibilities before you spray crap on your plants or change the nutes. good luck.

Hmm yes i FIM'ed most of them - didn't know it could have that effect but it could be . I

What kind of water are you using? How much calcium is in the AN products?

The AN Micro is the only one which contains Ca - about 5.4% Ca
