Aeroponics / DWC manifold ideas

Can't find any good info in one place. This is my opportunity to improve from what I have learned. I am looking for ideas on manifolds for an aeroponics / DWC system. I want to make it for 12 sites. The tub is 18" X 24" X 18 (LengthXWidthXDepth). I put the manifold in the tub and also have an aeration stone. The reservoir is within the tub as well. I also have a chiller. Any ideas on best construction? What are the best sprayers? How many should I use? How much air should I be pumping into the water (what size pump?). At what height should I put the sprayers

check out pirates thread on aero
JM - thanks for the advice. I stumbled across his info earlier and used that as a starting point for my existing system. What I believe I was looking for I may already know the answer. I believe my manifold is too low in my reservoir. The water should be hitting the top of the container and it is not. I also could use less sprayers. I put one on each side of every plant just about. The problem I ran into was sealing and leaks with the top. I kept disturbing the seals every time I opened the cover to inspect the roots. It seams like I am always learning. This was my first aero / dwc system. I could not believe the results or how fast things can happen. I am going to post a DIY for others who may have similar questions.

Thanks for your suggestion! Pirate has awsome info and experience!
