I decided it was time to get some more Blue Streak going for another seed run.

The plants in the white pots were transplanted lastnight and the plants in the red cups are females I spotted tonight but my hip is killing me so they'll have to wait until tomorrow.

Right now they are under a 400w CMH light setup until at least budset after that i'll switch over to using a 400w Blue Hortilux bulb.

Part of this project is also hitting a nice DJ Short BlueBerry female with some of that Blue Streak male pollen. I am putting her under 12/12 tonight and I figure in 4 weeks when the male BS should be in full out flower and spewing large clouds of pollen.

I liked this female because she is more vigorous then the other ones and some True Blue Berry seeds I started.

Nice sah...
How long are u waiting from sprout to transplant the girls from the cup into the pot ? As soon as they show sex ? When did they ?

I'm using the exact same pots only black colored, they make LST even easier cuz of those 4 slits around the top perimeter.

Btw, the coco looks a little bit too dry. I wouldn't let it go that far since it's dangerous for the roots.
(Now that I look at the 2nd pic, the big plant's coco looks fine. Perhaps you kept the surface dry to drive the roots downwards in the freshly transplanted pots ?)

I have exactly the same project in mind (perhaps with Flo, F13, ... instead of blueberry). What do you plan to do with those beans ? My idea was to get a semi-auto cross that would start to flower very early outdoor... I harvested two bluestreaks some days ago and they look great, well-shaped buds with a looot of resin :) and a nice berry smell. I'm sure they are great to work with, as they carry real nice genetic :)

I always transplant as close to sexing as possible and they showed sex at 13 to 15 days so far.

I charge the coco before I use it and when I first transplant I only give them one red cup worth of PH'd water. Now the core that is transplanted from the cup is soil so getting the soil part of the transplant is good enough for now. I found when I charge the coco to much at the transfer the roots don't need to work so hard looking for water. But since the coco is slightly charge its not to dry and won't restrict root growth.

Its one of the nice things about being bent over picking out seeds for a couple hours getting that nice reward of kief covered fingers...

For awhile I had the real deal FLO that DJ released to the cali clubs and thought about using it but I would have start over and keep it all FLO. Now the F13 I just didn't like any of the vigor that I was seeing with them.

But the plan is a bigger better yield Autoflower...

I sent a email to AN asking what to use for a coco grow and this is what they replied.

Connoisseur A&B (Bloom). Connoisseur 2 part is a complete base nutrient. If not using supplements use application suggested on the bottle label (Click link to see label)
Humic Acid - Use especially when growing in soil. Apply weekly (Click link to see label)
Fulvic acid - Use especially when growing in hydro. Apply weekly (Click link to see label)
B-52 -Apply weekly to increase vigor and reduce stress (Click link to see label)
CarboLoad - Apply weekly through bloom to increase flower size (Click link to see label)
Bud Blood - Apply first week of bloom to increase point set (Click link to see label)
Big Bud - Apply starting on the second week of bloom and up to the last two weeks of feeding to increase flower size and yield (Click link to see label)
Overdrive - Apply last two weeks of feeding to increase flower size and yield and promote firmness and resin production where applicable (Click link to see label)
Bud Candy - Apply throughout the bloom cycle right up to flush to improve on the flavor and the aroma of the final product. (Click link to see label)

Today when I get paid I am going down to buy SensiBloom A & B for the plants that are part of the seed run. I only have room for about 6 more females for the seed run.

Depending on what my final male-female ratios are and if I have enough females leftover i'll use Sensi Bloom A&B , B52, CarboLoad , Big Bud and Bud candy for the non-seeded females.

Still kicking eh S_a_H?

Barely.......

But finally starting to get over the top of the hill but still haven't made the crest but its coming.

The summer hay harvest here sent me into a tailspin of allergies and asthma and up to about a 33% success rate on clones now after not being to get any roots since APRIL !!!! I ran a cup of bleach in each cloner for a week and then some high PH water for a week and got 50% cuttings to root then this last time it dropped to about 33%. They look fine and at say day 10 still looking fine the bottom of the cutting in the cloner just goes limp rots and falls off leaving a ok looking top. Some kind of fungus or something.

I was watching my PH, temps etc... moved the cloners from the shop to my house three different people took and loaded the cuts and still nothing. I had to start taking cuts from flowering plants and we lost a few strains but managed so far to save some.

Good to see ya working the BS. I always have some going in my garden. Nice up strain, taste good, not a huge producer but she is a good one. I have had to take some bud at 45 days..and it was usable medicine for sure...much better to let go longer...but it beat street weed by a long distance. Easy to recover from the borg and get some quick buds in the jar.
