What's wrong with this plant?

This is one leaf from one of my plants, but all the leaves on the plant look like this.
I'll fill out the full form if it's not a readily identifiable problem.

TIA

Mate it looks like it could be a few things... the form and a few more pics (of the whole plant, leaf stems etc) would be very helpful .. :)

best of luck

might want to check this out: http://www.icmag.com/ic/showthread.php?t=11688

my best shot is manganese(Mg) defficiency due to wrong ph value.... but i cant be sure.

What´s your medium, ph, ec and temps ?

and like jamie said it would make all the differnce to get a better wiew of the plant.

good luck with her, i bet she will pull it off ;-)

Yes this is the second time I've run this through soil, it's being fed the same. I have 10 other plants all cloned from the same plant all growing in soil around the edges of the room getting the same food and everything else. This and the other plant I have directly under the lights are looking like this. I'd say it's lightburn or something similar since they're the only two directly under the lights except it goes all the way down the plant. The original pic is a leaf from the bottom of the plant.

sounds like you may already have found your answer then mate if thats the only descerning factor and the others are fine... you'd think 24 inches would be ok, but maybe they're getting some hot air blown over them...

seems odd that it would affect the entire plant though and not just the top? do you see much "dew" building up on that plant? or does the pot dry out a lot quicker than the others?

I haven't noticed any dew on any of my plants but it does seem to dry up a bit quicker than the others, I don't let it get to wilting but its definitely lighter than the others when it gets watered. I just attributed it to being directly under the light they used more water.

I ask because it looks as though the trouble is worse at the bottom, which would seem to denote a hunger issue....

if it were me I'd consider giving her 50% extra at watering and see if she perks up a bit....a splash of kelp/rhizo probably wouldnt hurt either :)
