my Satori woes :(

Please dont move this. As someone who boasts about Satori, I want it to be seen that Im willing to bash her too.

Im sad because I have gone through lots of Satori seeds and have had many good exp with her many phenos. See sig for links...

But it seems like Ive used up all my good beans and am having horrible luck the past few runs. No more good plants. Like ONE or TWO at most. This upsets me, but I know genetics can be this way... But Damn, no crystals, no smell, going crispy leaves for no good reason... UHHHH.

it's a blow to the ego to have such a crapy garden. Other cuts/beans are doing great, and my skills are pretty good, just cant seem to get back that good Satori. Running F2 and F1 and nothing.

Just needed to vent.

Umm..dude their like 30 a pack..get yourself 3 packs..veg in blue lgiht,high nitrogen,high humidity..and watch the females!! weeep eeee!!

I have some Hashberry F2's from 3 years ago and they are hard to get going. Get some fresh seeds and you'll be fine.

When and where did you get the seeds? Could it be a bad batch / mis-labled?

I think I read that they recently "modified" satori, maybe this is why you are not getting the same phenos. I have 6 seeds left from when they were originally released, Im going to make F2's when i bring them back.

b8- F1s are from the Mandala site. F2s are from the awesome pair found in the F1 pack. Yes, I will need to keep hands on the select few but it's hard when youre doing lots of seeds and not much room for cuts of EVERYPLANT... Wont be doing seed runs like that anymore.

We went through a pack and a half, and DOZENS of F2s.

IronLion- the pack that got F2s made from them was from before the mod. The current pack was recent though.

Thanks Freezerboy..One Q I didnt insult you bro..if it soudned like that I apologize..all I meant was its been speculated that vegging young platsna and seedlings under :

High nitrogen....6500k light (blue).....high humidity....and low stress (topping,etc)...especially the first 3 weeks..will significantly boost female ratios...

Freeze, you know I cant get much lighter on IC. It would be perfect advice if I asked "how to get better female ratio"

bbd- there is no problem with female ratio. I have not yet gotten more Ms than Fs on any seed run. I have always done the things youve posted. I was complaining about the amount of "good" females (worth a second run) in the past few runs, not the amount of females. It just felt like your were giving NOOb advice to me. Im not the ILLEST but Im no noob. My apologies if Im coming off like a dik.

Im straight up getting females that I see NO potential in at all. I just chop them. No need in keeping shitty genetics around. Its a waste of time and electric to have grown plants "up till this point and just cull them", but I have great mom genes to run in place of shitty ones, she's just NOT Satori. SMH.
