I have found many different insects living on my plant...

Wasp, Grasshopper, Foraging Beetle, small spiders

Should I just get rid of them or are they going to pose a problem?

From my experience large bug damage is uniform from the outsides of leaves into the middle, running along the ribs.

If you see this, they are eating and damaging.

What is most likely the case if they are hanging out on your plant, they are eating other bugs, because they are larger and predatory.

I've had large beetles and spiders in my garden indoors for years and never see a problem, I dont spray bad stuff in my bloom room so they stick around.

Having predatory bugs in a garden is very useful, just do more research to find out which you have. Get a classification book from public library ;)
