I was removing a plant that started having some grey mold when i inspected the plant further i found some seed pods. So I thought oh shit. Went back in the main room and to my horror, i started finding small pods starting to form on all my beautiful blue dream x haze. Its a big loss for me and am still in shock. i dont have a clue of what i should do. They all have about 3 weeks left!!!!!

Grow them, the seeds are worth more than the bud in many more ways than one. Remember that brother. ;)

I'm confused, did the plants change sex? did you plant a bunch of male clones? did your females get seeded?

My females were pollinated by one male that was found. I got a bunch of clones from a new vendor and he really fucked me. The male wasn't discovered because it was in the middle of my table of 35. I just overlooked it somehow. Man i just lost my ass. Live and learn...

In that case let them go the last 3 weeks. You have already put in a huge effort so far and while seeded buds aren't the best, they are by far better than nothing and definately worth smoking.

Seeds are also worth their weight in gold. Lots of people like to trade strains and with one like Blue Dream x Haze you should have a bit of interest. You never know, you might be able to trade for something super nice turning your disaster into a miracle :)

maybe this is a sign for me to start my outdoor project?
If you get a single seeded crop and consider it a disaster I would recommend staying away from outdoor growing. You think getting seeded buds is bad? How bad do you think you'd feel knowing you had a seeded crop that got ripped? Sadly that happens all the time...

My advice would be to get your hands on some proven female cuttings and then keep 1 as a mother plant. Doing that means no seeds, no random males coming out of nowhere, far less money spent on cuttings, less people knowing you grow, you can ensure a uniform sized crop, etc.

I had that for like 8 cycles and then my mom was split betweeen me and my partner. i needed to start a new cycle but my moms weren't ready. So i went to this vendor and you know the rest.

Agree to let them go until they are finished.
You could have some great new genetics and sometimes the cannabis isn't too shabby either.
At least use it for some type of by-product
Its not a total loss:comfort:

Sry about the male. Remember the old Jewish proverb/curse ," It could of been worse"
What about making hash? Any demand for it in your area?

Send some beans my way.......haha
I would just let them finish the 3 weeks, or until the seeds are mature. You could possibly gift them to friends, or donate them to the server fund, so they can be distributed out as freebies.
Good luck on the adventure.
Peace

The title of this thread is confusing. Should be changed to "100 plant crop got pollinated". With that out of the way. That really sucks dude, I know how you feel. It happens to every grower every now and then. After the first time it happened to me, I watch all my plants like a hawk. First sign of balls and it gets cut.

keep the seeds, smoke the bud..

if it was a "mersh" venture, consider making hash or something ;)

Yeah, you can't be too bummed about a bunch of great seeds. And definitely just make hash out of and smoke the buds and consider it a lesson learned.

Glad everyone agrees :)

Few things too, the buds will weigh alot more with the seeds in them and usually people don't mind kind bud with some seeds in it. In fact I am ecstatic when I get some random awesome bud with seeds in it, hell I would pay extra for kick ass nug with beans I mean it's one less pack or two of seeds I have to buy ya know. Save money that way. :canabis:

Consider this event a gift from God, the pollinator was a true male so you don't have to worry about it being from a hermie plant or hermy seeds. You are going to have thousands and thousands of seeds, at $50 a pack for 15 seeds just do the math on that one dude. See how it goes and see if you can find any outlets to sell some seeds because everybody is buying and without them we would not have plants they are the single most important thing in this hobby, period. Celebrate the harvest! :greenstars:

If you cut premie, then you will have small undeveloped seeds (who knows how many) and that will suck when smoking because you can't pick them out usually. If you let them grow out and pick any nanners that form so no more seeds start, then you can easily collect the seeds when trimming/rolling joint and you wont smoke tiny seeds.

A lot of seeds in your hand can make a lot of possibilities come to mind, consider the great outdoors and overgrow, i had a similar problem and in the end the new seeds did not disappointed me. Best of luck
