slovakia has much more strict law, than we do in czech...
10 plants can be up to 7 years in prison... or something similiar

its not long ago, when a young boy was sentenced to 4 years in prison, because he had 7 plants somewhere behind his house

Yeah, our MJ laws are pretty harsh, if they catch you with plants in flower you can get up to 4 years in prison(4-10). But if you never had any problems with law you should get out with a probation. But there is another problem and it maybe your car license plate, usually if cops sees a license plate from another country he takes advantage of it and could try to rip you off some money by giving you ticker for speeding or so, even in you didn't go faster than allowed.(Yeah stupid cops, not all are like that but some are trying to earn money this way, since they think that you cant speak our language so you won't defend yourself and just pay). And as we know it's not good to get pulled by a cop if you have something illegal in your car.

If you still decide to plant here something, you should do it somewhere where you will be out of sight, since people especially in small villages know each other and they will register strange person/car, so they can be interested what's your business there.

Hi Asterix, you say you're 50km from the border, so which country are you from? Def. not Czech rep. because they have some of most lenient drug laws in Europe (you can even have small amounts of hard drugs for personal use) if you're from Hungary I don't know why you'd want to grow in SVK as the weather conditions are better in Hungary. So that leaves Ukraine, Poland maybe Austria(doubt it). probably not ukraine because they are not part of the EU and you'd have to go through border checks which is very risky so is it Poland? I don't know what the laws are like in Poland but Slovakia has terrible draconian laws when it comes to cannabis although cultivation of hemp is legal. I don't know of any large scale industrial production of hemp although it is still possible to find hemp growing wildly in some parts where it used to be cultivated during communism but I wouldn't worry about it. Besides the south of Slovakia most of Slovakia is mountainous and a bit too cold for most strains besides early/autoflowering so basically I wouldn't bother coming to Slovakia because the laws are DRACONIAN and the police and judges are a bunch of uneducated corrupt dickheads who don't know shit about cannabis and it's benefits. Goodluck.

I didint expect that sad news, i though youve much better drug law then Poland when i actually live (im Hungarian BTW) I was wrong anyway, is a same shit as here in Poland (you can go to jail, but usually is a suspended sentence if its your first drug crime. Big respect to any grower from Slovakia, and hope we all await some changes here in eu.

Once more thanks for a help
