A travesty occurred in San Diego today, Jovan Jackson a US Navy Veteran and medical marijuana patient was denied a medical marijuana defense in State Court.

After the decision came this morning, Steve Walters, Dumanis' #1, celebrated the Judge's decision with high fives and congratulatory hugs to Linbergh and the other DA's gathered in the courtroom to witness the Judge's decision.

According to Judge Shore, all 1600 members of the Answerdam collective would have had to participate in the cultivation of marijuana. The Judge maintains that sales of marijuana are not legal and that dispensaries are not legal. The only thing legal according to the DA and Judge Shore, is a community garden, where all members associate only for the purposes of cultivation.

Lance Rogers, Jovan Jackson's attorney said after the hearing that today's decision will be appealed.

Jovan Jackson is due back in court on September 8th at 9am.

I do not see this ruling sticking.They are just trying to make it more costly for his defense. But if I was Jovan I would be worried about others filing against him if they want his ass that bad. If I remember right he had a check for 100,000 from there when they served him the warrant. That kinda made the water a little murky. Did the judge give his reasoning why he can not use the medical defense?
This summer I ended a 5 year case with ASA on getting my property returned, all 54lbs. Of course it went up in smoke already. JK

I really wanna see it grown hydro, with a mixed spectrum... From what i have seen of her, she looks soooooo much danker when grown with a full spectrum of light

I have to say Larry berry May be damn nigh invincible. I t really is the most robust of plants. Started with 4, now have 8 because I took cuttings and they caught up. I have them in a room with 2k mh + 2k HPS. Ill take pics next tue. Thanx Smoke Trees.

A whole shit load of crosses form everyone here. Glad to see we are blowing it up again.

I took care of my mite problem and only lost a baby, bannana OG that I was looking foward to. but The rest has been saved and I just picked up some Lemon skunk, Purple Kush and sensi star clones. So I should be good for the next cycle! Woohoo!

Harvested one tj Lights today and will be doing the other Tj Lights, and Skylock next week, also running the Austrailian Wollemi Sativa. Starting to finally fill in at 9 weeks. I am assuming it's a 13-14 week strain.

Hey Rob my buddy you know just popped some seeds I think he got from you a while back...He told me last night he had gotten like 3 Cindy99XMountain Madness to sprout, and a few more Sour Dabneys or something. Should be interesting. I'm up late, time to smoke a bowl and go back to bed!

I would like to see the sour double knocked up with something to give it some girth. I have been messing with a seaberry trying to get her to herm,high nutes,cs,ga 3,light time changes, nothing has worked. Had I known it was this hard I would have popped some beans and look for a male. Now I must delegate a spot under a tree which is not letting her shine. JK

If your happy with your results the first time around, then i would reccommend you continue running the same cut. you'll learn more about it as time goes on, and will be able to perfect your methods with that strain, eventually getting great results everytime.
