Hi.
I decided to fire up the ole ccfl cab again. I had a few mother plants that I didn't have room for. I missed this thing, sat in the corner for the past few months.

here's today's shot..clones are coming around slowly...
here's the veg pc ... coming along nicely.
and here's some pics from my big room. first a whiterussian I harvested last nite, should be about 1.75 oz dry, it was scrogged into a 1'x1' screen. I'm verry happy with 1 3/4 oz per sq foot, and I know I can hit 2 in the future.
and some shots of my first coco and hydro plants.
(sorry I know it's not micro, but I'm proud of my girls and don't feel like making another thread )
oh and btw I tried another "side clone" the other day and it just dried out same as the first, I don't think the leaf stem is capable of up taking water in reverse like that (sadness) ... oh well, on with future ideas.

thanks man, it's my highest yielder and the smell is great too..like strawberry/cherry in flower and cures to a cherry cough-syrup kinda smell/taste.
the coco plant is getting h3ad's 6/9 with 2 ml calmag, and some drip clean. I learned 90% of what I know about coco in the "h3ad goes coco" thread. I'd say it vegged about 3 times as fast as in soil, and in flower about 2 x as much bud mass and growth, I plan on fully switching to coco (cept mother plants) and recommend it. I was scared to try it at first but now I think it's actually easier then soil and the plants like it much better. As long as you have a ph meter and know how to use it and keep it calibrated then it's pretty ez, just follow other ppl's formulas.

Wow.. you sure make me wanna switch over right now right now! I've also read all of H3ad's thread on my day off. If you recommend it I will def switch over. Just gotta make time to take a trip to my local hydro store.. maybe I'll send the wifey to get it sooner.. Thanks much SD. Appreciate ur friendly advise and knowledge!

Yes, the cloner is made from a sterilite container from walmart..and some airstones and tapwater. I've made quite a few different cloners...they always consist of an airpump, some air stones and a little sterilite or ziplock food container. The blue "pucks" are made from a foam bedroll from the camping dept.

here's some sour 60 shots with the bud growing out of the leaf stems. Maybe 2 more weeks before the chop. Taking it a little longer to let the seeds finish since I pollinated a little late.

gettin some new growth. Oooo and good news, I got a bunch pll's on the way! I think I might just build a new cab for them...maybe do something vertical like tilt or anti's future plans. If I build anything else I'm getting rid of one of these for sure...I really need to revamp some stuff. Too many boxes, I need to just consolidate and just build a big flower cab and a big veg cab.

I went the route of a bigger cab for 2 reasons...bigger plants and easy to work with...I just turned an old night stand into a mom/clone cab too...

how tall can sour 60's get?? I ask because I have Onyx that grows very tall for an auto...or so I've read...

hey thanks BC, I'm definately in the market for a new cab to build out..I've been starting to hit up thrift stores.
My sour60's are pretty short, I think they got stressed a little in the beginning and they could have been much closer to the lights and stuff. I hear they get around 30" but Mdanzig has one going that's over 40" ...I think. I'll have a 400w cmh veg setup soon that I plan on running some f2's through in a week or 2 hopefully. maybe I'll start thread in the autos section for them when I get that going.
