plant dying? prop 215 personal medical plant

I had also had problems with heat on the plant from the bulbs not getting any breeze from the fan, and i had a side light with a reflector that heated up the plant pretty good all night, that might be why is in stress too... I watered twice in the last 2 days with about 10-12 oz of water each time, the soil gets pretty dry for about an inch and a half when i check it in the morning, so i dont think im overwatering.

If it was mine I would keep it in 24 hours light or whatever you veg at until it gets better.Im sure there will be somebody along in a minute quoting a book telling you that it isnt good to veg at 24 hours....lols..Its what I do though...

Quick update. The plant didnt grow really at all between last night and this morning. One of the top stems got red and the middle of the main stem is getting a little red. I brought in a Santa Cruz kush clone to share the lighting with it so thats probably why. Here are some pics:

An update on my plant. The XXXChem is on Day 16 of veg and seems to be doing ok. What do you guys think?

Lookin good. CFLs need to be kept very close to the leaves keep them 2 inches from the tops, your ladies will grow bushier and the buds will be denser. If you don't have to raise fluorescent lights every other day they are not close enough

Training is also important when using fluorescent light, read what you can about Low Stress Training and the Screen of Green methods for keeping the canopy at an even height.

Took your advice on the lighting and added an extra CFL on the side of the plants about 3 inches away, and kept the lights about 2 inches away from the top. The plant has been growing fast. I actually don't know how to LST this thing at this point, here's a pic of it. I'd like to just get the main branch and bend it sideways and tie it down, is that even possible?
