This is insane, really.I can't believe they are still treating mj as public enemy #1.:wallbash:Your police have no other work to do?
I used to believe Bulgaria has the most severe laws regarding cannabis in Europe but 20! years...WTF?
It's just so sad.:badday:Seems like no improvement for the last 60 years.

another thing to said... in italy the REAL emergency is cocaine... 15 years boy can buy for 15€ one dose of 98% anphetamine / 1% plaster / 1% cocaine... politicians of every age use cocaine, show girls and man the same... streets in my town are full of dealers with little balls of this shit inthe mouth... but no articles on newspapers, the police have not been alerted to this stuff, no big seizure in recent years. is much easier to harass ordinary people and their families. we have seen arrests , with JAIL, of boys uncensored for only two plants in the garden.

one of the reasons i nev er wanna go back to live in italy , it is such a beautiful country , such good food , such good weather

But the mentality is very backwards for most of the country , still lots of religious people compared to other countries and the draconian , illogical laws make me not want to return there

this pains me cuz i love italy and i miss her , instead i am living in a cold shitty country now , but laws here are better

Sad news, but thanks for sharing it with us krull. I had heard italy was a rough spot for cannabis, seems I didn't know half the story. These raids are ridiculous, what a lame ass attempt at law enforcement.

conspiracy theory corner: after watching Gomorrah:thinking: and hearing about the recent rise in coke and amphed. over there i bet the govt. is trying to eradicate the grreen to make people step up to more profitable mediums.

That's why i think it's important to talk about it bro
The things wont change anytime soon here, but the public awareness about cannabis and the steps forward worldwide can help us a lot.

Peace

Hello Mr.NIce forum users and friends ...

I have to tell all ppl that we have had a nasty police raid at our store beeing seized all our stock and even closed our website for some days.
This means that we need a few more days and that we are allready starting to overcome this little trouble cause the harder they come the harder they fall !!! we are moving to another country were authorities are a bit more open minded and notice that we work like all other companies and are no criminals. We will be back very soon and hope to keep your confidence till then.
If anybody is still waiting for his parcel ( only international signed for ) please send me a private post.
GREEN REGARDS TO EVERYONE !!! cujo & trankiloman "

i would not contact them, it could be the cops trying to get people to admit to making an order for cannabis seeds. didn't they try this tactic with mark emery?

batten the hatches my Italian brothers and stay safe, very sad news, so dumb that they didn't park their business in a more civilized country.

I'll tell you something.
Maybe it's because mafia is more powerful in the south.
Maybe it's just the way it works around big smugglin places.
Maybe I'm just the paranoid pal who seeks conspiracies every day... but the policy of some police offices down here asked their cops to be not too rough "handling youth devoid of precedents, whenever they show willing to cooperate".
This may sound obvious or fine; still, reality is different.

These police offices often patrol three subsequent junctions (remember, we're near a big time smuggling city, lots of retail and wholesale) stopping the cars on their way out; most of the time they stop young men, preferably not alone, asking them for license and logbook, and to get down from the car, since most people here carries stash in their knickers.
If you shake around, you may have something wrapped in tinfoil that stings...

What's the point in this damn story?
When they get you, you may show the biggest will to cooperate, you can tell them everything they want to know... but they will treat you like sh*t and most of the time slap you a couple of times... unless you name _that_ city!!

What's wrong? They don't care a heck about your cooperation, they just let you go with stash from _there_ because it's where _they_ get their damn money from!!! And I'm not talking about dirty cops, it's everything in the managment of the state and of the different territorial institutions.

Ok, then I'll lighten the talk! Just wanted to say...

...people, PREPARE FOR OPEN WARFARE!!!

Yes, I smoked after writing that thing, and found a nice closing while stoned...

keep up

:badday:Seems like no improvement for the last 60 years.

To speak the truth, fellow, the law about drugs from 1993 had a differentiation between soft and hard drugs... that law's gone, since mr.B and the f**ks he's fooling this place with wrote a new one in 2006, scraping away that distinction.

We took a few steps back, don't you think? =) (that's a bitter smile, fellow, a very bitter smile...)

I also write because I am a victim of this fu**in law!
Here the world turns to the other hand, it is inconceivable that happen what is happening...
I honestly think that times change is not easy, and it will take a long time.
I do not believe in the future of Italy, especially from this point of view.
We need an hurricane!!
We just want to grow Jah plants and enjoy them without any problem!

i really feel for you guys in Italy, it's maddening to watch places talk about passing legalization of all drugs even and some have done it while at the same time Italy and England seem to be going backwards. let us hope the cops don't go after all the customers, would be crazy, they have to concentrate on recent purchases and big buys i would imagine, but there again maybe they want to have a chilling effect on the cannabis scene in Italy.
