What's new

I want a new drug

Hi All,
I've been researching the various seed companies and some of the reports by growers, and I now think that I need some help. I'm a new indoor grower, currently working w/ soil but will switch to hydro when I grow some good mothers. I'm looking for a particular strain that may not exist, but if I could get some suggestions I might get close to what I want. What I'm looking for is a strain that grows short, fat, and early, more sativa than indica with a happy, energetic high that doesn't make me stupid or lazy -- something I could read a good book to without having to reread every other sentence, and something I can work out to. Also, a strain that doesn't make me forgetful and head achy the next day. Can anybody recommend something?
Thanks a lot,
Robert in AZ.

well there just so happens to be a strain that has those exact charastics. and its called C99. id go with mosca's c99 bx's as they seem the best to representation to me unless u know someone with true bros grimm stock or a clone of it.

short flowering time usually 50-65 days depending on if u want more of speedy high or little more chill

buds are fat and thick on short plants

with a complete sativa high very energetic and uplifting

this just mite be what ur looking for check it out homes!
good luck and cheers

Hi again,
Re: Englishrick's questions and comments, the following:
1.) If I am looking for a specific ratio of cannabinoids, etc., I don't know what it is or how to quantify the effect that the different chemicals have on me;
2.) I smoked pot back when it had names like Panama Red and Maui Wowie. I don't know the name of the stuff I'm smoking now, but it's supposed to be mostly sativa. It's good enough that I realize that the craft of it has advanced from back in the day, and that's why I'm getting back into it and trying to find out what's out there. I want to know how specific you can get as to the effect the various strains will have on you. What I like is whatever will produce the kinds of results I mentioned in my first post;
3.) Hash never did it for me;
4.) I'm not only not aware of what a high CBD content has on me, I don't know what a CBD is;
Re: Zen Master's comment, I am a wise man and I make my own decisions. If you're calling me ignorant because I have asked questions that you apparently can't answer, then I am happy to let public opinion decide.

There's a strain named "Green Crack".
His signature line is certainly not pointed at you directly

Zen Master was merely naming a specific cannabis cultivar called "Green Crack", which may or may not provide the effects you seek.

That other bit, a pearl of wisdom, is only his "tag-line", which each of us may add in under our user profiles, just like one's choice of avatar. No need to take offense ...

ahh,,,this is good bro,,,so your searching for an oldchool Panama Red and Mowi??,,,,what you probbly didnt know is that your allready gravitating to a particular group of plants,,,Ace seeds spings to mind;),,or maybe CannaBiogen :)

the strains of "today" most offerd seed are mainly developed for high THC, low CBD, high yeald , quick finish,,etc,,,its developed for $$$ and its made for the indoor "western cultivator",,,,them strains you mentiond you like are landrace!!,,,,they aint developed for indoor $$ croppers, thats for sure!!,,,,

the 1`s you are talking about mowi and panama red are landrace and defo have a more ballanced ratio of THC to CBD,,,landrace are allwayed more ballanced,,,,the western breeds a a lil fuked-up actual "in many ways"

nice choice on the panama red & mowi,,,id love to try a real panama red 1day:),,mowi sound like my cup of tea too:)

* cannabis is a constituant medicine,, THC being the main active componant,,,,CBD is another active constituant of cannabis ,,,there are many other active constituants but lets focus on these 2 for the min,,,,,when paired together THC & CBD in a final sample act together to modify the overall effects of the drug,,,the ratio of THC to CBD can make the differnce between a couchlock "indica" feelin and a zippy and clear "sativa" feelin

englishrick;

I have been blessed with the opportunity to sample Panama Red (in the distant past), and it left a highly pleasing and lasting impression -- tasty and a delicious head-buzz.

If I could find real, honest-to-goodness Panama Red beans to sprout, I would definitely give it a go, even if I had to make special provisions for an indoor grow-op.

Let your body produce natural adrenaline by doing something different, dangerous and exciting. It's not a new drug but it's natural and produces a healthy rush. Then go home and toke on a fat one.

My friends rave about the green crack, but sometimes the buzz is a lil heavy to me. I like that tho. He also has sour diesel and i like it also. With these seeds in this day and time, you will enjoy pretty much anything your hands produce. if its too heavy for you, try puttin it out a little earlier. good luck.

Mandala - Satori

Got these beans, haven't grown em yet. I was on a very similar search for that Sativa High, quick flowering hybrid... and Satori really seems to fit the description. Check out Mandala in the breeders section and read up on Satori.

....oh, and the price is definitely right!

It sounds to me like you'd like any weak weed... "something I could read a good book to without having to reread every other sentence" sounds like not even getting high. When I smoke...if I can do everything I could before smoking...as well...then I feel I'm not high...and I smoke some more.

Someone mentioned Apollo11...I grew it, it was what you're looking for, for me it was too weak.

Good luck...
