ANYBODY CAN GET A DOCTORS REC IN CALIFORNIA AND YOU DON'T HAVE TO LIE...
Ahem, that statement contradicts itself.

Can I ask a doc for a rec for recreational smoking?
Why indeed should I have to is what we are telling you.

It's an illegal and immoral prohibition, or can't you get that part.

What was wrong with prop 215? have the federal gov recognize prop 215 and were all good.

I dont like the whole taxing thing, like ive said before. most you growers regardless of the law will do what you do. keep your shit together take that extra step not to get your self busted and youre all good.
It'd feel great to have a cop ask "do you have a medical script for this?" isntead of giving a ticket or taking you to jail. and at the same time tell the funders of prop 19 to go fuck themselves to death.

LOL you may as well say that about Dennis Peron too. After all he did write prop 215 which is the mmj law in California, and he is the one who is famous for saying "ALL USE IS MEDICINAL"...

I'm actually friends with him so your little previous quip shows your ignorance.

I'm happy to see this sneaky little weasel is still recruiting votes for the yes side!

If you're going to quote being 420 compliant you might want to read the fucking thing first buddy...

I've been around in California far longer than you. Atleast 5 generations of my family are from California. I was born and raised here. I worked in a dispensary and on a legal farm when Clinton was president.

Really Echo chamber you should shut the fuck up because you proved you have no ability to comprehend simple english...

private you dumb fuck.

you are calling me the troll? This thread is about WHY I am voting NO on prop 19... It's not called "hey lets debate prop 19 with retards that can't read"...

I wholeheartedly agree with you on this. And prop 19 just brings back more prohibition it doesn't fix it. It takes away from our freedoms and liberties we currently enjoy and puts money in the pockets of government.

What will the money be used for? Building prisons and buying more bullets for cops to use to shoot people with.

LOL, Yeah going to jail sure beats taxes any day!

How could I have missed that.

Lol you prove once again you lack reading comprehension skills. Because I said 420 speaking about SB420.Which clearly you don't read every two weeks because it was something voted on back in 2004 by the State Legislature.... Being sb420 compliant would make you legal correct? Thats what I thought...

Yes 420/215 MEDICAL MARIJUANA, dont split hairs. YOu are making points on MEDICAL marijuana when we are talking about NON MEDICAL legalization... Being prop 215 OR SB420 compliant does not keep you from getting arrested, it keeps you from being PROSECUTED. If you want to avoid arrest, the ONLY way currently is to PAY THE CITY OR STATE $170 a year for a Registered Medical Card which sits on file in the Sheriff's station of the county you are in..

I never said we should keep "marijuana illegal"... I said we should vote no on 19. Did you know the demographic that has citations issued to it for marijuana in California happens to be under 21... Do you realize that anyone who is subject to arrest for selling or growing currently in California would STILL be subject to the same arrest.

Oh, so you do want marijuana legalilzed, just as long as only smokers are profitting from it, not corporations is that it? Everyone that is currently subject to arrest will be subject to arrest "after" prop 19 is passed? Honestly, you're kidding right?
Where in the bill does it say the legalization of Marijuana for all California Citizens will be illegal under prop 19? do tell, this should get interesting :)

Oh, and we're still waiting for you to SPEAK YOUR POINT OF VIEW on the matter, not take quotes from websites. Why do you personally feel marijuana should remain illegal?

That sure does disprove the notion that prop 19 will hurt me financially. Infact if 19 passes I will be able to legally profit from selling weed. That is what prop 19 actually legalizes... is making a profit. Lets be real here people. SB420 says non profit prop 19 says FOR PROFIT...

If 19 passes I will be the person that actually makes money. That is the one thing I look forward to if it passes.
But for everyone else... you're fucked and you're going to have to buy weed from Richard Lee, Me or the few other ones who are ALREADY in position.

I'm telling people to vote no on 19 so I can have a clear conscience when I do become greedy.

.

Or grow it myself, like I have for 30 some years.

It's a weed, boy. My grandpa taught me how to grow it as a boy. There is no special talent in that. My 4x4 flowering room keeps me in the dankest of dank, better than most dispensaries or collectives. Get over yourself.

So people should vote no on 19 and continue to be arrested for growing and possessing Marijuana because the goverment is potentially going to take the tax money to specifically use it to build prisons and buy ammunition to use against marijuana smokers?

Is that an accurate summation of your beliefs?

You can't smoke ciggarettes or drink alcohol on a beach either.

Quiet Riot: I suggest reading 19 before making any speculations...

25 sqaure feet for each grower wont even suply the demand so the bill still makes certain people criminals.

The 5x5 is for just your personal consumption growers. 19 allows cities to permit commercial cultivation and distribution, that's what I'm after. And smoking clubs. ID like to open a few Amsterdam styled coffeeshops....

We have enough of these threads going now.

There's one for voting and another one in the Cannabis news. We don't need a dozen reptitive posts.
