Well, with this humidity, I'd keep drying it/ chopping it for 2 wks.
The 73 is usually pretty sticky and workable. You can start smoking it when you get over yer trauma. I usually give it away/ smoke it before thinking of long-time storage, but I really enjoyed doing the hand-pressing, and foresee always going this route for a truly finished product.

No, Ras, I'm telling you it's 'hippie crack'! Gets you going a million a second. I did part of my daily exercise, lugged out my 2 gal watering can to the plants for a second feeding. Zoned out on the plants, pruning lower branches/ leaves. Did some other gardening shit.
Came in, caught up, then recreated my "afternoon jelly hit".

Been seeing what looked like browned out pistils last few days, but could never find a sure-fire new white pistil, til today!

Probably need to fashion a make-shift greenhouse to get her to finish, but that's ok, I welcome the challenge!

Gotta ask - are you guys using the original bubblebags or anyone have a set of sprung bags? Just curious to hear some firsthand experiences w/the cheaper alternative, if any. I've got two bags of trim sitting in the freezer burning a hole in the back of my mind.

i got bubble bags, i got the 5gal 4 bag set was about 200$. comes w work bag, 160, 73, and 25 micro bags.
ive hear some off brands suck, but im sure there are some good ones out there.
ive also seen a coffee filter method of hash. not sure how itd smoke tho.

HL, looking good. glad u have a lady to fuck with!! a makeshift light dep tent would b great. i tryed prepping some outdoors by flowering them to the natural light cycle indoors. prepped for a month. put them outside and they went right to reveg.
now they r in a green house. and you can tell they r in flower mode now.

Hope everyone's enjoying the tail end of the summer. I can't wait for some cooler temps so I can start growing some proper bud again. Been feeling like an ass for my work lately, haven't had the dough to address the heat troubles so I've tried to ride them out and it's been a bumpy road. I'm looking at a room of indicas and hybrids that look like a room full of pure hazes. lol

The gardens been a kick in the balls but outside of it things have been great. Shits funny like that sometimes. I had some amazing beans show up thanks to a very kind soul and bumped into a very cool gardener who smoked me up on some delicious blueberry. The two of them helped make a shitty summer great.

Anyone familiar with wiring subpanels mind if I pick their brain?

And feel free to school me on fan positioning for air cooling hoods cuz something about my set-up this summer did not work. I couldn't touch the temps and from last Oct to this June things were pretty good temp-wise. I replaced the filter and have the passive intake 2x as large as the exhaust hole. Right now I have fan<hood<filter with the fan blowing out the room. To cut down the 2' of ducting between them I wanted to mount the fan to the hood. Should I have it on the left side blowing away from the bulb or on the right side blowing across the bulb? The filter is on the back end pulling in the room.

Thanks FB & lloyd, appreciate the info on the bags. Got the skinny on some of the other brands, I think I'll just wise up and splurge on the high end set.

Here's some coffee filter hash. Did it gumby style the first half and after siphoning it off used the coffee filter and cardboard to dry it out. Only did one wash & then used it for butter. Made a potent batch for cooking and ended up with a mason jar full of green doom. Spent all day floating in space off of 2 oatmeal cookies and a hit of a little hash.

Forgive the dirty screen, I was anxious to give it a taste and didn't realize this was my last one until I got home with the hash.

Well I thought I was a heavy hitter...until I smoked that honey white hash..GULP...I didn't have a good pipe and the closest headshop had little glass pies shaped like a penis so I made a can hitter, threw it away and broke out the knives and did a giant hot knife hit using a propane torch while I held the 2 liter coke bottle in my mouth..kind of like being in a one man band for a minute, a one man crack band...I choked so hard my eyes are still watering and my nose won't stop running. I thought dry sift was strong but this goo is stronger or maybe I'm growing old but from about an oz of bud I scooped out 9.5 grams of hash, that seems like quite a bit but the HW is just a ball of resin anyway. I'm not sure about it but we all know how resinous this is or that but all the HW's are hard round buds very hard to break up so I think maybe they make more hash??Anyway it's a beautifull day out there hope ya'll had a chance to enjoy it, I know any outdoor plants are juicing up with this clear sunshine, I wish I had a big hole I could pour 10 gal of hot mix into...I'll have to settle for haze dreams, these should be ready by halloween, they'll come in right when the outdoor does..I'm blabbing away, too much tea!!

Well ya' know I think that the HW hash is some serious smoke, if I had a bong with a nice glass bowl I'd be tearing down my growrooms...I may be new to the hash game but I know when I'm too stoned to go to the post office!! I really love growing these hazes, it's a long road to the finish sometimes and they aren't always the best weed in the world but they sure are fancy, I took this pic when the lamps went out...these plants were just going through the motions for a long while until I started hitting them with a big dose of koolbloom, now I have no doubt they will be beautifull plants at the finish...

Reason I bought that bubbler & skillet dome was I was so sick of smoking hash in my spoon. Just melts thru the screen and ya can never get em really clean. Always looks like Ras's in one day. :yuck:
W/ the skillet yer vaporizing it, the dome doesn't get too grodie. Any residue on the skillet, ya just torch off. Real similar to the hot knife effect.
I got a little more than a run's worth of bho in HW bud, I've been damn tempted to do it, but Frank's words haunt me,

just don't smoke the oil too much. it has single handily ruined bud smoking for me.

, so I'm holding strong, keeping it for my Hot Box, the perfect nighty-nite hit.

Hell, I love the hazes, can't go wrong w. MNS gear.
I gotta new project to start up, but the hazes WILL come after! Got too many stockpiled up gotta get my feet wet. Those are gonna be some bomb-ass spears!

That's a good thing, but try cleaning the interior of that spoon.
I jar mine up in an ISO bathe, shake the hell out of it, dry it out, pour salt inside, boil it in h2o, I can never get it fully clean from the crap that drips down in there.
Least w/ a bubbler, you can clean the slide & downstem easily.

Seen the hash skillet in action... it's a pretty sight.

When I was laid up early july, I became enthralled w/ all the skillet/ curve vids. I HAD to have one, lol!
No regrets!

went to the shop looking for oil dishes, but they had nothing for hashes
had to buy something while i was there!

I finally took a decent pic of my Chacoweed...I've got low self esteem so I didn't take a cut but the plants turned out great despite the thai influence popping an occaisional male flower.The stuff reeks of Durban and Thai and has a super up kind of high, it'll really put you to work rather than put you to bed.I've been picking buds off as they ripen, on these plants it was from the top down..stuff looks real pretty..

Yeah that's the DTC99, I had to take the tops early because of rot but the other branches I took as far as possible, picking off the male flowers as they showed.Took them basically branch by branch, I really tried to push it because the sweet, sweet Durban/Thai smell was just improving by the day.The plant in the pic above was at about day 100 yesterday.The inside of the bud was quite ripe but outside they are still throwing many new flowers.Just needed to be real carefull not to unintentionally pollinate a whole roomfull of Larry and SSH...
