Hi All,

I hope that you can help with some advice.

I am 4 weeks into 12/12 with a nice healthy girl. Problem is that we have to move house this weekend, which means moving our girl and her home.

So my question to you guys is, Do we move her in her 12 hours of light? - meaning that she will have about 15 minutes of dark time, or do we move her in her 12 hours of dark time? - meaning that she will get 15 minutes of light?

I don't want to stress her out too much, so your help and advice is appreciated.

Moving during light period would be better. Especially if in a box. Just make sure to give at least 12 hours of dark in a row. If its only one interruption either way will work. You could reset your light schedule to 12 hours dark when she comes out of the box too, just to make sure.

Thanks for the help.

Good thing is we are not moving that far so she shouldn't be stressed (fingers crossed):gday:

In my opinion, in day time schedule. In 15 minutes can't happen much... problem would appear when interruptions (light/darkness) are continuous.

I think your plants will do just fine while moving ;)

Good Luck

Move during the dark period. Use a big box and simply pack the plants up with the rest of your stuff.

Plants can stay boxed for a day or more,, no worries,,, just makes sure they get at least 12hours dark time in the box.

All the best

:yeahthats

I had to do this on a "whim" one time due to unforeseen circumstances. When I moved I was 3 weeks in and all was fine. Just make sure to get them/her back into the enviro needed within 24-48 hrs...:tiphat:

Thanks all for your advice. We managed to move her without any problems, gave her 12 hours of dark when we got her in the house. She hasn't had any ill effects and we are now into our final flushing and getting ready for the next stage.....
Will post some pics soon of the final product. Again thanks for all your help
:gday::thank you:
