cheesey dont put ozone in the room or ya weed will smell like hay..in the ducting or use ona pro gel which i find better than vaportek! and you can use that in the room and smells like frsh linen and no effects to the plants

Just a heads-up on ozone generators - they're superb at killing smells, but they also strip your lung linings, using the same marvellous technology! They're used to sterilise operating theatres (at night), by passing the ozone through the ventilation system at high doses. They shouldn't be anywhere near your domestic air supply for safety, but they do need to be situated outside the main grow-space, so the ozone-charged air can be taken in immediately. Too high a dose will cut down the aroma of your plants, possibly permanently, and too close to the plants will give them ozone burn.

On good ozone generators, you can dial in the room-space and output only what's required. Also, too much ozone stinks enough to alert neighbours that something is going on, and it's unlikely to be a mass photocopying business, as that's about the only thing that could chuck out that much stink at once...

Was given a Bloombastic tester and fed this plant with it to try it out and it's damn hot stuff, burnt her tips a wee bit. Had a massive spider mite attack and this lady got it worst but managed to wipe the lil bastards out now.

,ozone is ok if used correctly used incorrectly can kill you ,can make weed taste funny and knackers plastic ,u can find em on ebay or specialist hygene sellers,
try using mountain air filters ,my mate says they handle cheese with ease

its the atomized carbon filters that make the big difference,,,,i use an atomized carbon filter for inside the tent and a massive budget carbon filter on the outlet of the fan,,,,,,,i call it double scrubbing

id get the ozone generator that sits in ya ducting,,,i might buy 1 of them myself soon,,,,,,,,i didnt like the inroom ozone generators as they left a heavy felling on my chest,,they do give off a weird smell

Funny you should mention Pursang Haze, I happen to have three pure Pursangs going now, came from a seeded Pursang bud a few years ago. They should show sex any day now.

Ok, Pursang is something like ssh x jack H x super skunk or similar. It was done by a friend of Derrys at Barneys.

Now, they where wondering what to call this new spicy haze and looked out the window of the coffee shop to see a resturant with the name....... Pursang.

Sonic got hold of the remaining beans from which the coffee shop pheno was popped and so it continues to this day.

thats what i said about the name whilst looking accross the road at the pursang resturant , lol derry told me it had nothing to do with the place , i was like really mate , bit of a coincidence lol

All I know is a friend gave me the seeds and told me he picked em out of a Pursang bud he sampled, he said the Pursang sample smelled a lot like SSH and I love SSH.

I culled two of the three because they refused to grow well, the fan leaves kept turning yellow and falling off regardless of how much N I gave em. The third one is a week or two from being done, small plant with small buds but smells nice.

ive got a pic here but it looks crap because its from my phone,,,,its just an icon filter bro,,,,,do you remember "PhatFilters",,,,the company boke off into 2 companys,,,"Rhino Filters" and "Icon Filters",,,,normal budget carbon filters just use normal activated carbon,,,the "PhatFilters" were better than the rest because they pulverized the activated carbon to inceese the surface area,,,,they sent there filters to a univercity to be tested and they promoted themselves on the findings,,,,

atomized filters are amazing in comparison to generic carbon filters ,,but you cant push air thrugh them you can only suck through them,,,allso they have a tendency to clog if you drop them,

cheers rick thats good to know I want a drawer stylr carbon scrubber I don't need to tip anymore for safety and the ozone isn't for me!! I want to smell the ganja,, just not from the vent.. I batter those una blocks,, I seen a grow with about 100 of them lol.. apparently you can pour it into a bucket and put the vent into the water and it bubbels nice smells,,

I dare somebody to try it..

I've used ONA for years bu it won't kill smells like a carbon filter, it's best to put it in a bucket with water gel crystals so it becomes a huge air freshener.

No, ONA sell a gel but it works out a ton more expensive than the liquid.

Water retaining crystals, sold everywhere, about a fiver for 500g, the white granules that swell up like mad when you add water, used as a soil ammendment.

You take 500g of the crystals, 3-4 litres of hot water, add quarter of a bottle of ONA liquid and you have a giant air freshener, I have four of them strategically positioned around my house, makes the place smell like fresh laundry and does a good job of lowering one's paranoia levels. Of course, I use a carbon filter which I change every 6 months, but the ONA tubs are a good backup, I change the tubs every 3 months, all you do is add more hot water and ONA liquid to the dried up gel left in the bucket/tub.

It's like a giant neutradol air freshener, and works good. I've seen people put dozens of little air fresheners around their house and they don;t work anywhere near as well as having a couple of giant ONA tubs. I remember a friend laughing like hell at the collection of air fresheners one guy had in his house - one on every step of the stairs!

yeh,,,i remember you sayin a while ago that you wanted a draw style carbon filter,,,,

i think it sounds like a good idea but i wonder how mutch space it would take up..i love hanging a filter at the top of the tent,,,,why dont you just refill the can filters yourself bro,,ive sat with my mate who runs a hydroshow while hes refilling them,,,,it looks easy,

i bet i could build 1 of them draw style filters,,,alltho i am a lazy fuker,,id probbly never get round to it,,,

i keep visualizing a bunch of stackable drying racks filled with activated carbon
