Has anyone grown Fast bud ?

Hey there peeps i have just started a micro/cabinet grow with these fast bud from a Spanish company. Well i germed 2 beans of Sweet Afghani Delight by mistake and they sprouted , then germed 3 FB and they are all germed in pots i have put them on a 20/4 two weeks in so far .

Im using a 125w CFL (i know not the best) prob gonna upgrade to 200w/250w.

So has anyone grew this variety out ?

hey welcome to the forums fella

i havent had the pleasure of growing this strain but would be interested to see a diary of her ;)

maybe you could post up some pics so we can see what shes like (i say she cause ***** seeds are all femized )

growing some right now I will take some pics when she grows up a bit only a couple days old. :)

Getting myself confused !? lol the S.A.D have been on the go for two the FB for one ! i done the usual newbie mistake and have rushed in with not much thought !! lol

Any tips on feed/nutes/bloom mix ? im a gardener ! lol so soil is my medium any tips on this subject would be greatly received

Hey dude , im just using an generic potting soil fi B&Q with added John Innes my mate has used it successfully in the past ! im just looking for stuff to add when in the flowering stage ? I have just been in touch with Atami about their Bloombastic and they are willing to send me out a whole kit free just pay postage !! any one had experience with this ?

Ok chaps i seem to have burnt one o the FBs what do you do with burnt bits ? just leave them on or take off the burnt bits ?

Total newb question i know !! lol

cool guys ...
The only thing about these fast buds is they aren't very stable so out of 5 plants 2 were twins the other 3 were all different pheno's ...so theres no uniformity to them yet but give them a couple of years to stabilize them and we will have a smashing strain.
but the twins were amazing ,short and fat and covered in trich's ,they were defo the winners out of the 5 fast buds:)
oh and no hermy's at all which is a good bonus for being feminized seed ;)

i would cut it off ciscosfa ..this happened to me before and if you leave it just gets moldy when in flower so chop it off and spit on your finger and spread it on the wound this helps it heal and to stop air getting in ..hope this helps ya

hey RH thanks for the reply , do you mean the whole leaf or just the wee bit that was burnt ? i will try get a couple o pics up soon they are still pretty small , one is lookin real healthy one is lookin pretty ropey and the one that i burnt (with light not nute) is lookni so/so !! lol

Hey RH i keep forgetting to take photos !! lol been busy tiling the kitchen floor and nearly sheared off a leadin branch/bud fi a White Widow i have on the go !! AARRGGGHHHH lol all good thank the good ol gaffa tape ! lol any way will try get some pics up soon not much really happenin tbh !? Oh and the square pot things you used where can you get them from , i have seen some on growwell.co.uk but not sure of sizes etc ?

i would put them strait into 14l builders buckets when they have grown out of the small brown one's ... they need the root space. i made the mistake of putting them in those square 6 litre atami bato buckets and they got root bound so i would use bigger containers to make sure you give the plant the best start when they start to flower.

if this dosent make sense its bcoz im stoned on fast bud ... i love it ...so will you am sure:smoker:
