if u taken lowrider early dont try to grow ne long sativas or hazes. maybe get an ak or if u can get ur hands on a greencrack cut. bog got alot of fastter strains and dont forget femaleseeds either. they are cheap and ive seen great results. best of luck but patience is the number 2 rule of growin! when u think its done wait atleast another week. paradise seeds spoetnik and icecream also are great strains i would reccomend.

Also, why are so many of you listing very average strains/breeders. Nirvana and Big Buddah are okay.... but not better than okay.

If you really want to flower out some Kill Bill.... Try Blubonic or Blue Satelitte 2.2 (because they are on sale for $50 a pack right now, and are very kind). If you don't mind spending a bit more, Vanilluna, Flo, or Blueberry from DJ Short (actually anything from DJ, but those would be what I would pick if I were purchasing today).

Same dude says I'm good now but I know it's genetics and cure that makes the difference. All I had to do was exercise my own preference as far as head and/or body effects. It's no longer a rarity to hear somebody I know mentioning an unusually stoned moment (~4+ hours). Would be nice to get to admit who grew it but....

man, nicoli, the lowryder #2 really kicked my butt. at that time i had harvested some hindu skunk and some xj13, i was smoking a lot of these, so maybe it was just the fact that the lowryder #2 was something different

i don't know, but i did like the taste (after picking all the bugs out), it had this weird thing in the taste i could not pinpoint but i really liked. it hit me different than anything else i had, it actually had my heart feeling a bit weird, i remember i stopped smoking it and switched back to the hindu skunk because i had to drive and i was feeling "weird" like i should not attempt to drive, i am a heavy smoker and this never happens to me. i know it's crossed with a type of "hemp", i know people hate it and diss on it, but i liked it and nothing anyone can tell me could change that fact

again, who knows, maybe it was just hitting me weird because i had been puffing so much of these other 2 kinds of herb at the time

last thing about lowryder #2, i feel it can be a good building block to make a nice short guerilla type strain, that is ultimately my goal with the genetics, something short and quick that can easily be grown in back ally and abandoned building lots around the city where i live, just something small and easy to hide that is super quick

it may be shit and crap to some like you, but not to me

makes me think of romulan, people love that stuff. i hate it, i'd rather not smoke than have it, lol =)

might as well just cop off the block if you're gonna grow like that!

My first grow was commercial (probably mex) 13 weeks wasn't enough to finish, even mixed block weed with it for the added effect, lol. Growing has made me appreciate the occasional batch of street dank more than before. Some of it would be the "gungy" if it wasn't full of ferts and processed in hell. All that and it hits my block 6, maybe 8 months after the fact.

no worries brother. you at least know what you are talking about when recommending the haze's for their strength properties!! some(most) of these people really haven't grown out enough variety to even comment IMO.

oh well.. take internet advice for what it is.... I guess you just learn over time to only take advice from certain people seriously. otherwise personal experience is the only certainty. (and there is always variables that can throw your impressions off.... bah I'm getting too in depth)

I shared some homegrown with a friend. He had no idea where it came from. Got the report yesterday from him and his wife and it was not good. They complained of weakness, needing a lot to get any effects and short-lived effects. While I do it for personal-use only, I was still crushed.

First off you have to realize that a lot of people just like to bitch about grass, they think it makes them sound like "connoisseur" so I wouldn't put too much weight on their opinion.

And strength is not the end of all of be all. A true connoisseur is more worried about the balance of the high and the smoothness of the smoke. Want to get high smoke more.

I don't need a lot (maybe I'll grow 6 plants in the next 12 months, maybe) and can't spend a lot, but I need something that will make me say "oh yeah, that's what I've been missing." I will also be sharing with the same friends in the future and want to knock them silly. Of course only I will know where it came from, but it's a matter of pride.

Cant got wrong with iced grapefruit, 30$, very dense buds, good potency, good trich coverage and it actually smells and tastes just like grapefruit.

It is the first strain I have actually found that actually tastes like what it is supposed to based on the name and description.

At the OP, low ryder really blows, I smoked some and found it to just be bland on all levels. You cant go wrong with a good skunk, easy to grow, large yields of dense buds. in all honesty; of all the 30+ strains I have grown I must say skunk is right up there with the top 5 in potency and flavor.

I have gotten lucky, of all the plants I have grown I have really only gotten 2 really shitty ones. They were the first 2 plants I ever grown. they were from shwag bagseed. I ended up throwing out all of it, it tasted like ass, had no trichs and had suck balls potency.
