THRIPS AND POWDERY MILDEW

In my room I have (2) 4x8 trays on a ebb and flow system and (4) 1k watt candles. My room temp when lights are off is @ 74º and humidity is 57%. When the lights are on the temp is 77º-80º and 41% humidity.
I run a continuous grow, harvesting one table every 30 days but the other day I noticed some powdery mildew on a few leaves and to compound my challenge I spotted a few thrips. What I usually do is before I flower the plants is dip them in a cocktail of Neem oil, SM90, bayer insecticidal soap. But it has not prevented shit. Need help fast because one table is 4 weeks into flowering and not sure what the safest treatment is at this stage. Please HELP. I also included a few pics of my set up.

Get a proper fungicide for your PM. Some guys like Eagle and it is available via eBay. Others are Sovran, Flint, Elite, Bayleton, Ralley or Pristine. There are others but their names elude me at the moment.

These are Ag grade fungicides and all kill and PREVENT further infections for up to 30 days.

The thrips should be easy enough, as long as you apply a decent pesticide 2 times within 5 days or so, which is their life and hatching cycle.

Good luck

I have encountered thrips and PM for the first time on my current grow. I am ordering Greencure for the PM and Monteray Garden Insect Spray for the thrips.
