I have read that that the med states don't recognize other states Rec's. I dont see how this is going to work if that's true. I sure would not want to be the first to fly into none med state with my smoke and test this. I will wait untill I read more about this. I'm pretty sure that if you where to fly into Louisiana and there leo sees you with cannabis your going to the pokie.

The statute in maine says "Authorized conduct by a visiting qualifying patient: A visiting qualifying patient from another jurisdiction who possesses a valid registry identification card or its equivalent from that jurisdiction may for 30 calendar days after entering the State engage in conduct authorized for a registered patient without having to obtain a registry identification card issued by the department except that the visiting qualifying patient may not obtain in Maine marijuana for medical use based on a registry identification card from another jurisdiction."

knowing Louisiana and the news reports coming from there lately, they would probably shoot ya in the back as well and try to lie about it just like they tried to do about the Katrina shootings.

That's great but not all states have laws like that. Cali,Oregon and Washington do not have reciprocity so you would be arrested there. Uless something has changed.

This is a bad state and will never Legalize cannabis for any reason. MMJ will be a long way off before I see it in this state

You can't get a doc rec unless you live here... And you couldn't buy anything legally without a doc rec.
