easy way to connect tubing to fittings?

is there an easy way to slide the vinyl tubing into the connector?

my hands are all blister up trying to connect these tubes. i was thinking of using oil or something.

what do yall suggest?

I use a hair dryer on low heat, it really helps.

Hair dryer works good, a little dab of dish soap on the connector works good also

It is a simple technique, squeese n twist, reminds me of my early years with condoms.

dont heat it too much, only a few seconds or you will make the tubbing to flexible, and you'll be hating us for recommend heat.

yeah heat method wasn't working for me so i went with the dish soap method and am now all done.

now i need to see how im going to go about rinsing out the dish soap then ill be done with my dwc build and can transplant my og kush and headband seedlings.

Easy... spit on them. You might think I'm crazy, but spit is a great and safe lubricant.

Just run your system with plain water, then dump. Dish soap won't harm anything.
